But he carefully explained the reasoning that all Porsche vehicles should use full synthetic. He also kindly said he would use regular oil if I insisted, but there would be no guarantee of results. His approach told me he was being straightforward and not trying to upsell or scam me. I went with full synthetic and Victor made sure I availed of a discount coupon. Victor is clearly an asset to Jiffy Lube and I will use his location exclusively in the future.
