My husband and I went to get an oil change on a car we recently bought. Before arriving, I called to ask about the price if we brought our own oil and filter. However, the employee who answered wanted to charge us much more. When we explained that this wasn't the price we'd been quoted over the phone, he started getting angry and very rude. He finally gave us the correct price. We asked about other services we needed, and his responses were aggressive and unfair, always trying to overcharge us without any justification. My blood pressure spiked after we left. We were very disappointed with today's experience and, in fact, we don't plan to return until that person leaves. I imagine they're the manager or something, I don't know what they think they are. It's a shame I didn't ask their name. What a rude person, with absolutely no courtesy towards customers! Horrible!!!!!!

- SEsusy everingJan 21, 20261.0took my car here for an oil change. they asked me about changing my air filters and i blindly agreed (on me) but i asked for the price shortly after just to find out they’re taxing me by charging $100. they said they had already done it but i wish the price was presented during the initial ask. they also lost the cap to my tire after putting air in it. and now, my AC is making a noise that wasn’t happening before they changed my filter. so disappointed and a waste of $200
