When I asked questions, she said, “I’m not sure, I can ask him to look at it,” yet she was the one recommending extra services. It felt like they were just trying to add charges instead of giving clear information. After the service, they forgot to put the sticker for my next oil change. I went back to ask, and she gave me one that wasn’t even for my car. When I pointed it out, another employee came up with an attitude and said, “It’s not a big deal,” in a dismissive way, as if I should just get over it. When I told him there was no need for the attitude, he became argumentative. I understand they were busy, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of professionalism or attention to detail. Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re asking for a favor when all they want is the service done correctly.
