  Después q compras un vehículo en efectivo tienes q meter abogado y si no ir hablar con dios para q te entreguen el título q te corresponde por derecho pasaron 4 meses para q entregaran ulvtitulo de propiedad después de q pagas tu carro eres el enemigo te tratan a la patada todos desde el ma ayer hasta el q limpia el carro

  BUYER BE WARE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THIS BUSINESS! •possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. •Extremely poor management. •they will straight up Lie to you. •horrible tracking and time management. •don’t hold true to their word! **PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW BELOW** This dealership is quite far from where I live but there was a good deal on a car, so I made the drive and purchased the car and asked if the tags could be delivered by mail. And they assured me that they could deliver the tags multiple times before I purchased. They told me it could take UP TO 2-3 weeks. So when week 3 rolled around and there was no update I called and they said it should be ready within a week (which was a lie) but I get that things take time sometimes so I waited until my second set of temp tags were about to expire to call again and ask what the status of my tags were. I didn’t get a straight answer, they said they’d call me back but never did. Had to call again to ask if I could get another set of temporary tags, and they delivered those.. And so I wait another month (now 3 months after I bought the car) to ask what the status was, and they told me that they were expecting them at the dealership the next day and would call me at 12:30pm to let me know if they arrived or not. So I wait the next day and I get no call…. So I call them and I get redirected to sales and they let me know that everyone had already went home for the day. Which was upsetting but okay I get it, sometimes things fall through the cracks. So I call the next day and I’m told by the manager the tags are at the dealership and they will deliver them to my house that same night, and if not, earlier the next day (which is the day my temp tags expire) Well they didn’t get delivered that night, but surely they’ll deliver them the day my tags expire…. Nope. And I get absolutely no word from them about what’s going on. So I was straight up lied to about that. So now the day after my temp tags expired I call to see if they can still deliver my tags (like I was told they would do when I first bought the car and the days prior) and they tell me they can’t deliver them and I would have to pick them up. Why couldn’t they be mailed days ago when they got them? I have no clue and wasn’t given an answer. I assume laziness or they just didn’t care because they had already got my money? But anyways I was so fed up I took the hit and made the drive to the dealership to pick up the tags. And when I arrived I didn’t get so much as a “sorry” or anything like that, just nothing. The manager didn’t even look me in the eyes. Absolutely nothing. And honestly that was the last straw out of everything. Being lied to does not feel good and not even an apology or explanation?? I just don’t know why they lied to me repeatedly, never gave a straight answer for anything, never called back when they said the would, and didn’t hold up their end of the deal. Just said anything to get my money huh? Save yourself the headache and buy from a reputable place. Not this sorry excuse for a company. Never in my life have I been lied to this much by any company. STAY AWAY

  Terrible dealer. They kept trying to force me to put $5,000 down on a 2017 Range Rover for no reason even though I had a 750 credit score across all bureaus. They do bad business here and only want to take your money. their sign for $999 is a lie! I have 2 paid off vehicles already there’s no reason I would pay $5K down payment on such an old car. They are trying to steal money. I Do Not Recommend this dealer to people with good credit and who want to actually save their money.
