I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership’s service department. I brought my vehicle in for routine service and trusted that it would be handled with care and professionalism. Unfortunately, when the car was returned to me, I immediately noticed numerous damages to the interior that were not present prior to the appointment. There were visible marks and signs of mishandling that were both upsetting and unacceptable.
I am an elderly lady who takes great pride in maintaining her car. I entrusted the dealership to service it responsibly, and it is deeply concerning to see it returned in worse condition than when it was dropped off. A customer should never have to worry about preventable damage occurring during a standard service visit.
While I want to acknowledge that the customer service lady at the cashier was kind and polite during the checkout process, that positive interaction does not outweigh the careless treatment of the vehicle itself. Professionalism in customer interaction is appreciated, but it must be matched by care and accountability in the actual service work.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership for any service needs. I hope they take greater care in handling customers’ vehicles in the future, especially when those vehicles belong to elderly owners who rely on honest and respectful service.

After dealing with two very stressful experiences with dishonest dealerships, we were honestly scared and hesitant going into this process again. Then we met Carlos.
He was patient, transparent, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process — even when our nerves probably drove him a little crazy! We ended up leaving very happy and feeling much more secure in our decision. While we are still fixing the consequences of past dealership mistakes in our new loan, Carlos helped guide us toward a solution that is much better for us in the long run.
We also want to recognize Dimitri in the finance department. He truly tried to work with our situation and did what he could within his control to help us.
After everything we went through, finding good-hearted, honest people in this process felt like a blessing. We truly appreciate the help and would absolutely recommend Carlos to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and straightforward.
Would of gave them a negative rating if I could. Christian Solorzano is a snake and will stall to add items to your contract. I Told him repeatedly we did NOT want the extra packages and STILL added the packages after the fact than stated we had to wait 4 weeks before we could remove packages yet when I started making calls to cancel them myself, multiple reps said I didn't have to wait. I drove 6 hours for this car and never once told their was an update issue with the radio YET THEY HONDA CERTIFIED "360 inspection" the car knowing it needs an update that is not yet available per Honda Corporate and said nothing.I found out only after taking it yo another Honda dealership. Y si quieres este cuento en español me avisas que también lo publico. It's people like him as to why the reps get a bad name . Shame on you Honda for indulging in the schemes. Do NOT RECOMMEND! The tires were never rotated; you can clearly see that the front tires are noticeably more worn than the rear ones.
They didn't even check the engine coolant. In the first video, they gave me a superficial look, nothing about the fluid levels. The car is still under warranty, and they failed to check important safety features like the coolant level, which is almost at the minimum. I had to buy new coolant to top it up. It's not like there's a leak problem, but they're trying to get the coolant level so low.
Additionally, I have a serious concern regarding our privacy and security. The staff asked my wife to disconnect her dashcam—why? Even worse, in my car, they disconnected my dashcam without my consent, and I only realized it on my way home. There is absolutely no reason for a technician to disable a customer's security camera during a routine service unless they are trying to hide something.
I have the impression that the dirty filters shown in the video aren't the ones on my cars. Why are you not showing the entire process from the beginning?
Why doesn't it show the video of how the tires rotate?
Why so much interest in changing car filters without checking their condition first?
All these things together have made me doubt his honesty.
