  Bonjour j' ai loué 2 dodge ram au mois de février 2026 avec la compagnie hertz que je n' ai pas eu a la place 2 nissan la compagnie nous a forcé je dis bien forcé a souscrire à une autre assurance et taxe en plus alors que mon contrat stipulé que j' avais déjà payé les taxe et assurance compagnie a fuir

  Cannot ring them or talk to them they have a chat line that doesn’t know anything! but you’re still left in the dark. I’m trying to confirm my reservation. My hands are absolutely tied. I feel this is just a big scam. There’s no way of getting information from them, it’s the same old story “chat” to tell you nothing because it doesn’t understand. I certainly will not be using Hola again. People renting a car from these people will have NO support should you have any problems. I shall be going to Phoenix Az and I have no idea whether I have a car for me!!!

  We booked for one week and due to the winter storm we had to cancel 2 days earlier. We notified the representative via what's app 2 days before and was told we had to contact the provider directly. However, if we are paying them as the agents of Hertz, they could have been more helpful. We got no refund for the returning the car 2 days earlier despite giving notice. There was no contact person at the airport. Just told where to pick up the car, no one advised on insurance or procedures particularly since we are not from that country. Not too sure about using this provider again.
