- APAna PAug 19, 20251.0Worse experience ever at this location. First of all I got here because i needed to change the my tire it was completely flat and had a nail. The manager by the name Richard was extremely rude, unprofessional and extremely nasty with me he wanted for me to change the tire and forcefully wanted for me to buy a new one. I explained I only wanted to get a patch on my tire and he said they couldnt and to lower my voice. I also told him i wanted then for my my spare tire to be installed and he stated i had to wait till 7 pm mind you i got here at 5:15 pm i told him how come to wait till 7pm when you have 3 employees on their phone and not doing absolutely nothing. Worse experience here dont come here . And i hope i higher management sees this and they need to address this ASAP!

Today, I had all my 4 tires and battery replaced and oil change was completed. Their service is exceptional and consistent. THANK YOU Richard and Dixon for always providing service that exceeds my expectations.
