Juan Carlos was exceptional I called due to having a flat tire and straight away he helped. I got to the shop and really quick the help me get on the road again. This type of customer service has to be rewarded. 100 percent.

Went in today as I felt my A/C was not cooling as it should. Spoke with Juan Carlos over the phone and explained. He advises to bring my car in for a courtesy check. I arrived within 15mins and my car was in the bay within 5. Service tech Jonathan was very helpful in explaining that everything was working fine. Nothing was wrong with the refrigerant levels or the compressor. I just needed to adjust the temperature a little bit lower due to the Miami heat. Both were very polite. Will use this Goodyear again. Thanks.

Horrible service filled with plenty of excuses. Sergio had the gall to actually say this to me - " My service writer was at fault for not following up with Enterprise Fleet, yesterday. And... Are you going to blame me that it is raining?"...Sergio IS the manager. Anything his employees do is on him.
Brought my truck in last Wednesday at 3-ish to replace the battery, windshield wiper and to patch or replace a tire. My employee told them he will leave the vehicle and pick it up the following morning at 7:30am. Of course, it wasn't ready nor did they start any work or order the parts. When I called the manager, Sergio, an expert on EXCUSES, first said that Enterprise Fleet didn't approve the request, Yet. Then he blamed on HIS employee. My response was as a manager your staff is a direct reflection on yourself and he started his rant. This was before coffee, while I was at a conference some 450 miles away and my employee sitting outside. He even told me to call Napa about my parts which I did.
I had to wait almost an hour to call Good Year Customer Service where I spoke with Bruce who went all out to assist me in getting the truck repaired and on it's way.
Final thoughts are this shop is not worth the headache though I do use the Pembroke Pines and Hollywood locations frequently.
