  They called me the day before I was set to leave on a roadtrip with six other family members to tell me that they did not have a car available for me despite having made the reservation a month in advance. Never experienced this with any other rental agency. Furthermore, I called enterprise twice to request a call back from the district supervisor in miami and never received a call back from them. Still waiting. Atrocious and unpleasant

  This is by far the best enterprise location! I have rented vehicles for may years traveling for cheer and dance competitions from a different location. Andrew and Obi made a not so fun situation for renting due to an accident, so pleasant- and their customer service is above and beyond!! They handle any and every request with professionalism and kindness! Great team!!

  I reserved a vehicle a month ahead and was told to arrive early because a minivan would be available for my vacation. On pickup day, there were no cars available. Despite the confirmed reservation, I was told to wait with no call or update. Upper management suggested weather might be the cause but offered no proactive solutions, such as transferring the reservation to another location or guaranteeing an equivalent vehicle. This location is not at the airport, yet there was no able-to-provide alternative. I left without a car, ruining my trip. The lack of communication, accountability, and alternatives is unacceptable.

  Very disappointing experience (not the first time) upon arrival, one hour late, the car was not ready at the selected location (12394 SW 128 St.) stating “they were overbooked” however, they had three Chrysler Pacifica sitting at another location 15 mins away (13511 SW 137 Ave.) please someone help me understand this unpleasant situation “they are overbooked or they are too lazy to drive one of the three mini vans sitting at the closest location to the one I had selected for pick up” even though I arrived an hour later. At the second location the first minivan presented to me had a very strong cigarette smell and with two little kids I couldn’t take that one. The second one had low air light for one of the tires, so they went to add air to it, but they realized that it had a nail in that tire (company loosing money with a minivan not able to be rented just because it had a nail in on of the tires really?) so finally the third one was okay. I hope someone from corporate is able to read this email and take action so this issues are fixed or at least minimized, this is not the how enterprise should operate. To resume, my reservation was for 3:30 PM and I ended up taking the car home at 5:20 PM. My time was not compensated and the sad part is that all this happened because they didn’t want to have on of those minivans sitting at the second location’s parking lot ready at the selected one.
