My car decided to act up so we found this store and reserved a car online. We were in and out. We were given a car, inspected it, transfered our luggage to the rental, discussed pricing, insurance, and toll charges all within those 15mins. Our lot agent, Mike, was great. He was very kind, friendly, and extremelly professional during the entire process at pick up and drop off. The car was brand new, clean, and perfect for our trip. We were stressed driving into the lot, thinking our mini vacation had been ruined but we drove off happy, satisfied, and excited for the weekend. The freezing cold weather in Orlando, however, was a different story... 😉
