Merci d avoir gâché une partie de notre journée et surtout, tout nos plans Plus jamais cette agence…. Je tiens à signaler que j ai souvent loué chez Enterprise aux usa et que je n ai jamais eu ce genre de problème…. Je remets bien en cause l agence !!!
