Our reservation at another company fell through for very inconvenient reasons. We were worried about getting a car last minute to drive home with only our debit cards. Andy made sure to get us into a vehicle! We made it home without any issues, and he even called us to verify that the our trip home in their vehicle went smooth. Extremely appreciated and highly recommend Andy as an agent, and Enterprise as a company!! Thank you so much!

- NBN BJan 21, 20261.0Enterprise location in Brickell was the worse and upon returning The car to another location, they tried to add more fees and craziness. They overcharge their gift cards that are smelly and old and are not well maintained at all and then they have all these unexpected hidden charges. I had to fight to get a refund twice and they go around in circles trying to justify why they keep adding more money you need to owe. I would never ever ever rent from enterprise ever again. .
