We checked the car together, and it had several details (the bigger one in the back door), he “supposedly registered “ those details in the tablet. The first problem with them: charges no authorized to my credit card. I tried to reach enterprise with no answer. Someone (some manager named Jose) call me after I made a bad review and promised that they will refund the money (still waiting…). And today I received a letter charging for damages parts!!! That is 100% false!!! The car was returned as I received it. I don’t know what is the problem with enterprise!!

The car was great, Clean and in perfect condition. At the end, return of the car was a simple as getting it. The attendant offered great service and no paperwork.
