  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service my brother and I received regarding our recent vehicle reservations. Approximately six months ago, my brother and I reserved two 12-passenger vans. However, just a few days before our scheduled pickup, we were informed that no vans were available. This notification was provided at the last minute, leaving us with no realistic alternatives. As a result, we were forced to accept smaller, substitute vehicles, and I ultimately had to use my personal vehicle due to insufficient seating and storage capacity for our group. Despite this significant downgrade, my brother was charged the same rate for a 7-passenger van as originally quoted for a 12-passenger van. I was also initially told I would be charged the same rate for a 5-passenger truck until I objected. It is important to note that this issue was not caused by any action on our part, and we should not have been financially penalized for Enterprise’s failure to honor the original reservation. Additionally, when I returned the vehicle, the store was closed, and the dropbox area was full, leaving no space to return the keys. As a result, we were incorrectly charged for an additional day. When my brother previously spoke with a representative, we were not informed that the location would be closed on Sunday. If the store is known to be closed on Sundays, appropriate accommodations should be made to ensure customers are able to return vehicles without incurring unwarranted charges.. I will never recommend Enterprise to anyone I know.

  Kendall team took excellent good care of me. I extended a few times over the phone, always friendly and professional. Jordan at MIA Intermodal Center also handled a minor hiccup with aplomb. Many thanks to both teams. :)))

  I recently rented a car from Enterprise near the small executive airport in Miami, and I just have to give a huge shout-out to Zach who helped me out there. From the moment I walked in, Zach made the whole experience incredibly easy and pleasant. He was super attentive, really knowledgeable, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I got the right vehicle for my needs. What stood out the most was how friendly and patient Zach was. He answered all my questions, gave me some great local tips, and really made the whole process feel personal and not just transactional. If you need a rental car in the Miami area, I’d definitely recommend heading over there and asking for Zach. He’ll take great care of you!

  The customer service at this location needs to be improved. Long wait times and when you call the person on the phone is no help. After waiting a while for my vehicle even though I had a reservation the vehicle they provided me was extremely unsafe. It looks like the vehicle was never serviced. The front tires were completely bald, the horn didn’t work and the front windshield wipers were so worn they didn’t work at all. Plus there was a ton of maintenance icons on the dashboard. I would recommend going to a different location.

  Call before you arrive, just in case they cannot open the safe. Don't reserve a car at 6pm because they are not going to attend you, that's the time they close and will tell you to come next day.
