  I recently rented a car from Enterprise near the small executive airport in Miami, and I just have to give a huge shout-out to Zach who helped me out there. From the moment I walked in, Zach made the whole experience incredibly easy and pleasant. He was super attentive, really knowledgeable, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I got the right vehicle for my needs. What stood out the most was how friendly and patient Zach was. He answered all my questions, gave me some great local tips, and really made the whole process feel personal and not just transactional. If you need a rental car in the Miami area, I’d definitely recommend heading over there and asking for Zach. He’ll take great care of you!

  The customer service at this location needs to be improved. Long wait times and when you call the person on the phone is no help. After waiting a while for my vehicle even though I had a reservation the vehicle they provided me was extremely unsafe. It looks like the vehicle was never serviced. The front tires were completely bald, the horn didn’t work and the front windshield wipers were so worn they didn’t work at all. Plus there was a ton of maintenance icons on the dashboard. I would recommend going to a different location.

  Call before you arrive, just in case they cannot open the safe. Don't reserve a car at 6pm because they are not going to attend you, that's the time they close and will tell you to come next day.

  To: Whom it may concern Enterprise Rent-A-Car – Three Lakes Location 13511 SW 137th Ave, Miami, FL 33186 I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred with a vehicle rented from your Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Three Lakes, Florida. The experience was not only distressing but also life-threatening for me, my nine-month-old baby boy, and my husband. On Friday October 24th, 2025, I rented a vehicle from your branch that, shortly after leaving the premises, began to overheat. The engine temperature rose rapidly, creating a dangerous situation on the road. I immediately contacted your office to report the issue and request assistance, but the response was alarmingly inadequate. Despite my repeated explanations that I was traveling with an infant, no prompt solution, replacement vehicle, or meaningful help was provided. The condition of the vehicle and the lack of proper support from your staff put my family’s safety at serious risk. My baby suffered distress from the extreme heat, and we were left vulnerable on the roadside with an unstable and unsafe car. This experience was both traumatic and unacceptable, especially considering the responsibility Enterprise holds for ensuring all rental vehicles are properly inspected and safe for operation. Your company’s negligence and the failure of your team to act appropriately have caused my family physical, financial, emotional, and psychological harm. This incident should never have happened. I am therefore requesting the following: A public written apology acknowledging the danger and distress caused by this incident. A full investigation into how an unsafe vehicle was released for rental. Immediate reimbursement for the rental charges and any related costs. Compensation for the non refundable charges for hotel and theme parks tickets, compensation for the medical expenses related to my baby’s trauma after the incident. Confirmation of corrective actions to ensure vehicle safety standards and emergency response protocols are properly enforced. Please consider this a formal complaint and respond within 14 days of receipt. If I do not receive an adequate resolution, I will escalate the matter to Enterprise corporate headquarters, the Better Business Bureau, and relevant consumer protection authorities and consider legal action.   This is the best rental car I have used in Miami when I need a rental, they are my first choice. They are located next to the Jeep-Chrysler Dealer on 137th Ave in Kendall. Always offer prompt respectful and courteous Service, listen to your needs, indeed an excellent customer service, their cars are clean and in great condition, and offer good rates. Thank you! Highly recommend them.
