Because it was last minute, I was advised there are few options. Problem is, the car had an odor. When I called, Gabby stated she understand and to bring the car back. While I was holding she made a few calls to see which cars were coming in to assure I had a decent vehicle upon arrival. I truly appreciate Gabby going the extra mile to assist and having an understanding of the inconvenience. Once again kudos to Gabby for putting the customer first! Continue to shine!!
