  Booked a Mustang convertible online and in advance. When we got there they tried putting me in a mazda instead or I could pay to upgrade to an audi, neither of which were convertibles. Waste of time, I should have went with Sixt, this has never happened to me with them.

  I had an amazing first experience renting a car with Enterprise, and I have to give a special thank you to Ethan. As a first-time renter, I had a lot of questions, but Ethan was patient, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything simple, smooth, and stress-free. The customer service I received was top-tier, and the overall experience with the business was excellent. I truly felt valued as a customer. I highly recommend Enterprise, especially if you get the chance to work with Ethan. I can’t wait to rent again!

  NO STARS IS HOW I RATE THE ENTIRE STAFF AND HOW THEY OVER CHARGE THEIR CUSTOMERS !!! The first week of December I was in a horrible accident and needed a rental for 3 days. They charged me for an additional day after the car has already been turned in. After both assistant managers gave me the runaround the manager refunded the additional charges…. THE VERY NEXT DAY I started to receive emails from the collection department regarding for the same amount that was refunded! 2 months have gone by Now the manager says he can’t help and the Area Manager hasn’t responded to a single email and they won’t give me a telephone number to speak with him or his supervisor. TWO MONTHS IN COLLECTIONS FOR AN OVERCHARGE THAT WAS REFUNDED! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!

  I had a very disappointing experience with this car rental location. I made a reservation in advance and even confirmed availability prior to arrival. I was specifically told the car was on the lot and ready — however, when I showed up, the vehicle I reserved was not available. This completely disrupted my plans and left me scrambling for alternatives at the last minute. The purpose of making and confirming a reservation is to ensure reliability. Being told the car was physically on site and then finding out otherwise is unacceptable. If a company cannot honor confirmed bookings, that should be clearly communicated ahead of time — not discovered at the counter. Customer service offered little in the way of solutions, and the overall handling of the situation felt dismissive rather than helpful. I would not rely on this location again and cannot recommend it based on this experience.
