    I made a reservation this afternoon for an SUV at Enterprise and arrived to find there were no SUVs available, only sedans. The representative, Gabby (Gabrielle M. Wutke, Rental Management Trainee), stated this matter of factly, even though my reservation clearly specified an SUV. I reluctantly agreed to take a sedan and asked her to modify my reservation so I could pick up an SUV at another location tomorrow, since that is the size I actually need. She pointed out that the other location was closed today, which is precisely why I was sent to her branch in the first place. After some loud, frustrated tapping at the computer, she switched to a tablet, then abruptly handed me off to another associate, Deandre, without explanation. Deandre entered my information and walked me out to a Toyota Corolla that was shiny on the outside and filthy on the inside, with visible dust and dirt. I refused that vehicle. He then offered a Nissan sedan but said it would need to be cleaned first. I explained that I did not intend to spend my day waiting there when I had homework to do. He seemed annoyed as he told the person washing cars to clean the Nissan. I asked about a KIA EV6 that was being washed, only to be told it was already reserved. At that point, I was frustrated that they tried to put me in a dirty car and then treated me as if I was being unreasonable for expecting a clean, appropriately sized vehicle. The manager then came out and told me they could not fulfill my reservation and that I needed to leave. So I did. Here are the main issues with this experience: The reservation system does not reflect actual inventory, which wastes customers’ time and money, as in my case with a pointless round trip Uber ride. No one called to inform me that the reserved SUV was not available, even though they had my contact information. I was offered a visibly dirty vehicle and made to feel difficult for declining it. I was passed between employees with no explanation and ultimately told to leave rather than provided with a solution. I left without a car, without an apology, and with the clear impression that my time, comfort, and basic expectations for a clean rental meant very little to this location.

    It's our preferred car rental place for many years. They have the Best prices they even call a week before to check on the the reservation to make sure of the date/time for the pickup, well what can I say then Best Customer Service support đŸ’¯ recommended.

    When you are on a timeline definitely do not come to this location. The cars are not in the greatest shape either only if you are driving locally. With one person doing the check ins and check outs. My husband had to return the car because he did not feel it would get him to his destination. And again he got a car that is not in good mechanical shape. It’s not an efficient way to run this type of business. I failed to check the reviews and well I see why customers are disappointed. Next time we will just take the extra effort to drive to the airport. Corporate should step in and revamp and make some staff adjustments. It shows it desperately needs it.
