HORRIBLE!!!!! BEWARE OF THE WORST SERVICE AND DO NOT RESERVE WITH THIS COMPANY!
Booked a rental car with a pick up at my home and received an email confirmation.
No one ever showed up. I called the office at 2100 NW 107 Avenue, Miami, FL 33172 where I had my reservation to find out where my driver was and the manager, Brie, told me they had nothing scheduled and I was not in the pick up range. Mind you I had an email confirmation with a confirmation number, pick up date and time. She told me I had to take an Uber, but the kicker was they had no cars available. Not only did I miss a very important appt due to their negligence, but I was stuck at home for several more hours til I was able to rent a car with another company.

Great service from a professional staff. The car was clean and in perfect condition. I totally recommend Enterprise, particularly the one on 107 Ave in Doral.

Atleast 1 hour to get a car. I reserved a car 2 weeks ahead and they wash it when i am onsite. Washing and drying can take around 50 minutes, Good luck.
Terrible Experience – Complete Waste of Time
This was one of the worst car rental experiences I’ve ever had.
We specifically booked a convertible at a particular location. We took an Uber and went all the way there, only to be told they did not have a convertible at all. Instead of resolving the issue, they told us to go to the airport location.
So we paid for another Uber and went to the airport. When we arrived, they said they were not allowed to pull up our booking and, surprise, they also did not have a convertible. They then sent us to a third location.
After yet another trip, the third location also did not have a convertible. Their solution? Offer us an SUV for the “same price.” That is absolutely not fair. We did not book an SUV — we booked a convertible for a reason.
We wasted hours, paid for multiple Ubers, and were bounced between locations because of their poor inventory management and lack of communication. If you don’t have convertibles, don’t let people book them.
Extremely unprofessional, misleading, and frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
