The car I received was far from clean, with noticeable odors and signs of poor maintenance. The rental process took much longer than expected, and returning the vehicle was just as frustrating. Overall, this was one of the most unpleasant rental experiences I’ve ever had, and I would hesitate to use Enterprise again.
