Today, February 18, 2026, I came to return my car at 12:20 pm after a two-week rental for $472. When I arrived, they asked if everything was okay, and I said yes, everything was fine. A very friendly young woman attended to me, inspected the car, and said everything was fine. I told her I was going to sit down and order my Uber, and she asked if I lived less than three miles away. I said yes, I lived very close, and she said she could order it for me. There was a dark-skinned guy with long braided hair who said loudly in front of me, "IF SHE DIDN'T SAY THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, YOU CAN'T GIVE HER A RIDE HOME!!!" I felt so bad and insulted when my car rental cost over $400. I told him, "You know why I'm not walking? Because I'm pregnant." He added, "It's not the first time I've been a customer, but with your attitude, I'm not leaving happy, and I'm going to post your comment." Honestly, they made me feel so, so bad that that guy shouldn't be there because of the terrible service. And my Uber arrived, and he didn't even apologize, which was the worst part. I can only imagine them calling me to at least offer an apology!
