I called in the morning to confirm my reservation and they told me someone would call me, but no one did. When I arrived, they didn’t have the car and offered me another one at a different price. I asked for help so they could assist me with the rate, but they didn’t. Very poor service and professionalism.

I didn’t get the young lady with the ankle tattoo’s name but she was great too and helped me get on with my day quickly. I think a lot of people arrive here frustrated because from what I saw, the lack of patience from customers was unwarranted. I thought they were great. Car was clean and served its purpose. Thanks guys!

She should not be working at the front desk as a representation of Enterprise. I’ve been a loyalty member for years and I’ve never felt so uncomfortable. I will never rent from this location again.
