  I had a very negative experience at this location. The manager behaved in a completely disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Instead of handling the situation properly, he verbally threatened me and then intentionally started washing a vehicle so that water would splash onto me while I was standing there. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. When doing business with a company like this, you expect professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy — unfortunately, none of that was present here. I do not recommend this manager at all. There are many other places that actually value their customers and know how to treat people with respect.

  Worst experience I have ever had at an enterprise. Avoid if you can and go elsewhere. This is my third time here because unfortunately it is the nearest to my repair shop, and time after time it disappoints. Terrible management, establishment and supply of cars.

  The Manger here black slim guy low cut EXTREMELY RUDE. I said multiple times I was using this car for business (I am a oversized pilot escot) he needed me to verify that I worked for myself & everytime I showed him I was the owner and pictures that he asked for and still told me no he wasn’t looking for that. I have been to this place multi times rented cars for over a month here. This man was slap his fist at me and my baby like he was going to do something. If you don’t like the job leave l. Even the other lady was saying how rude he is. He is the guy on the left

  Had a great experience renting a car here. Came to Florida for a few days, went here straight from the airport, and got there 15 mins before closing. Tali helped me get a car ASAP - didn't get upset that I came in right before closing, and I was off with a car in no time. Everything was explained properly, car was inspected, and the car was in perfect working order. Transaction was smooth, and I had an overall great experience renting here. All the best - God bless!

  Marvin provided outstanding, professional service throughout my entire car rental experience. From the moment I picked up the vehicle to the return process, he was helpful, courteous, and efficient. He even went the extra mile by transporting me to my destination after I returned the car, which I truly appreciated.
