  Champ made the experience more positive. I appreciate his professionalism and the time he took to explain the process. However, at IAH they automatically take $400.00 deposit if you don’t have a returning flight. Although, I had a returning flight I was informed that it’s not their “policy” to ask a customer if they have a returning flight. The customer service rep that was assisting me prior to Champ charged my card for the deposit without stating that it would include a deposit had he stated that I would have just provided my returning flight. I think it’s just lazy and of poor service at an airport location not to inquire about a returning flight. My recommendation would be for enterprise to update their internal policy so that agents are required to ask about a returning flight and that the agent should tell you prior to charging what exactly you’re being charged for including any additional fees and deposits.

  Renting with Enterprise was a pleasure! As I was waiting in a very long, non-moving line at a different rental agency that had promised me a 'Skip The Line' experience (it was Hertz) and thinking it would be at least another hour before I would get through the long waiting line, I looked across the room and saw Enterprise. I escaped the long line and went over to Enterprise to hopefully get better service. I literally had papers signed and car selected in 5 minutes!!!! The car was new and clean and beautiful! I also saved so much money! The return/drop off experience was fast and seamless as well. Thank you Enterprise for getting my vacation off to a speedy and friendly start, and just as wonderful on the return. I will ALWAYS rent from Enterprise from now on!!

  Such a great experience! I tried to save a few bucks and used a coupon from T-Mobile and went the a competitor, for people on a BUDGET. Going back to Enterprise made me question why I even put myself through the worst experience just to save a few bucks. In the end I didn’t even save money because there was no price transparency the way I get with Enterprise. When I made my reservation with Enterprise, I knew exactly what I was gonna pay: all the fees, Insurance- everything! when I got my receipt at the end, that’s exactly what I was charged. Nothing more nothing less. I will never try another company again. I promise!🤣💯

  The online rental process was super easy, and found the ability to rent early and return the car after hours tremendous helpful. By having the online rental reservation done ahead of time, I went straight to the counter to "select" the car. Depending on what kind of car you rented, you're pointed to a "row to choose from". It was so easy!! The additional option to alter the rental return time, by changing/extending the return time using the app while we were driving back, was very easy to use. I called customer service a few days after, to make sure of the actual final billing. The representative was extremely personable, efficient, and took the time to listen to my concerns about the reservation and return time to make sure I was not billed beyond the timeframe initially requested. Worked out well. I'll definitely be renting from there again.

  The experience was up and down. When we picked up the car, we got to choose from several cars, even an upgrade, and we left the airport relatively quickly. Several days later, our car had an electrical malfunction (the car literally stopped in the middle of the road twice in the span of 30 seconds), so we pulled over and called for service. We were told that a tow would come in about an hour, and they send us an uber link to get back to Miami Airport (where we rented from, and had to get the exchange). After an hour, they called to say that the tow call had been cancelled, to lock up the car, leave the keys and head to the airport. The Uber driver didn't speak a word of English, and couldn't figure out where to go, so we told him to leave us at departures instead, leaving us to trek all the way across the airport to the service desk in the car rental area. It took almost a half hour for someone to begin the process of filling in the details, checking on the original car, and looking for a replacement. We left the airport over an hour after we got to the parking lot. It was a very long and frustrating evening. The only bright side was that the service manager from Alamo came over to start the paperwork as the only person in Enterprise was busy accepting several returning cars.
