  Enterprise is heads above any other of the rental companies one finds at airports. They empower their staff to make decisions, and put the customer first, always. Everyone is friendly and shows their appreciation of customers. They are generally efficient and, if there are any issues with speed of service, they communicate well with their customers. On my most recent rental at Miami International, staff person Wilber was most helpful and accommodating during my return of my vehicle.

  Our experience was great from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, quick, and very professional. Both vehicles operated perfectly and drove smoothly throughout our trip. We did have about a 30-minute wait for the second vehicle, but overall everything went well. The team provided excellent service, and we truly appreciate it. We would definitely rent from this location again!

  The whole experience was stressful. Just getting to the rental car center was inconvenient. Had to walk from one end of the airport to the other just to get on a train and ride another couple miles and then walk again for a long bit to get to the car. The car was tiny and very uncomfortable. Obviously I have used Enterprise many times and this by far my worst experience. I am chalking it up to Miami. Terrible experience!!!😩😫

  Reserved a car for vacation using my points to get a special rental for the week. When we got to the airport, they only had one car to choose from. All the windows were down and you could smell the cleaner walking up to it. The person helping us said "keys on the dash" and disappeared. Loaded up the car, set the mirrors, and set the GPS for our drive to out stay. During the two hour drive, the smell of weed started to build in the car. By the end of our drive, the smell was strong. Called to see if we could get a different car. The person we talked to said we could call the agencies and locations around us to see if they had any cars to trade us out. They also said we would be taken care of due to this issue. Took several hours out of our vacation to deal with multiple phone calls, and driving out or our way, to be told they did not have a car to trade us into at the level of rental we had booked. One person even sent us an hour to a location that was in a private city that wouldn't even let us in. Spent the rest of vacation with the windows done in the 80 degree temps to not have a headache driving to our vacation stops. When it is all done at the airport, they waved the fill up fee and took a small amount of m money off since "we gor such a good deal" on the price of the rental. I used.my earned points to get the price through renting for years. The lack of customer support and the ability to not even call a location directly, made this experience question using them again to rent a vehicle. After 20 plus years of rentals, they company and it's representatives just do not care anymore. Renter beware, customer service is not just a list of excuses of how it is not there problem.

  We stupidly took a “deal” through Priceline for a rental car on our vacation that cost us money and 2 hours of our life… while arguing with the other place, I got on the phone with enterprise to arrange for a car. It was settled in minutes. We got back to the airport and had keys in hand in less than 20 minutes. The car was perfect. It was so easy and effective and they didn’t try to swindle us like the other place. Price was transparent and included everything. It was so easy and efficient. We will never use anything ever again. You saved our trip!!
