    La peor experiencia, son la peor agencia de renta de carro, yo hice mi reserva hace un mes para un viaje familiar, y a 3 días de mi viaje me dijeron que no tenían carro, me maltrataron por teléfono, me dejaron en la línea por más de una hora en espera cuando yo estaba reclamando, me destronaron mis vacaciones, una falta de respeto, son muy poco profesional, no renten con estos estafadores

    I absolutely loved my experience here! Mimi was attentive, patient, and extremely courteous with my rental process! She went above and beyond to give me top-notch customer service! The Toyota Camry that I rented was smooth, reliable, and extremely safe to drive! 10/10 would highly recommend!

    booked a reservation since October got a call Five days prior to picking up Car that they will not be able to accommodate us. They lied, stated that cars they have our own recall and cannot provide us with a car. Just because we booked and got a lower rate they were not able to accommodate us. The area manager, Mr. Brito didn’t even want to speak to us, asked us to call corporate, very unprofessional and disappoint disappointment that such a big company does this and allows it to happen. I would not go ever again there.

    Buyer beware I thought they were very efficient but they were fast ripping you off with overcharges, I've always rent at enterprise this one worst branch , she even bragg that they get promoted every 3 months by the amount of people they can overcharge, I believe her name Mimi. I'm sorry for my first review.
