The employees at Enterprise helped me with my reservation making everything super easy. The process was fast and when I picked up the vehicle, it was ready for me at the time and date it was scheduled. Also, returning it was fast . I will definitely use Enterprise again.
Staff was amazing on February 12, 2026. It’s peaceful and not crowded. Took me 7 mins the most to get in a car. They even made sure the return was quicker. Best experience I had at any enterprise in FL. The only thing negative I have is the staff is just too perfect. No flaws at all. Not rude and really make sure you are taken care as soon as possible. Love it.

My car was in the shop due to a minor accident, and my insurance company coordinated the rental car through Enterprise. They picked me up at the collision center and transported me to the rental location, where I was met by Gabrielle. She was fantastic. My insurance company would only cover a small economy car, but I had to transport a wheelchair for my mother-in-law which would not fit in the small car. She suggested I call the insurance company (right there and then) and explain the situation. I did and although the insurance company was less than cooperative, in granting me a slightly larger vehicle, Gabrielle, set out to check deals and prices to see what she could do to upgrade me to a slightly larger vehicle. (Although I have been and Enterprise loyalty member since 2007), she was able to find me a slightly larger vehicle for a nominal upcharge, which I agreed to pay out of pocket above what the insurance company paid for. While I was waiting for my car to be readied, I observed Gabrielle, interacting with other customers, and I was super impressed on how she empathized, and conversed in a very friendly and sincere manner, to each and every customer. I rarely see this type of interaction in most companies these days. I complimented her on the way she worked with customers like myself to find a solution to every possible situation. It's great that Enterprise "empowers" their employees with that ability to "do what it takes" to get the deal done. Thanks Gabrielle, and Enterprise.
Terrible customer service, rude front desk Lisbet, the whole experience was awful. Zero stars is most appropriate. Definitely will not return.
