  Rente un.carro el dia 13 de febrero, para ser devuelto hoy 16 de febrero a las 6: 00 pm, llegue 5 minutos antes de las 6:0pm y ya estaba cerrado, llame a servicio al cliente y me dijeron que debia haber llegado 15 min antes de las 6:00 pm, lo cual jamas me dijero.el sia que rente al igual.que yo habian.5 familias Mas la misma situación, y son tan desvergonzado y mentirosos que se fueron antes del horario y tan ladrones que ademas de toda esto me cobraron un dia mas , desde mucho antes de las 5:30 pm, espero.que me devuelvan.ese dinero y quiero una disculpa y dare a todos mis peores recomendacio es de esa compañía

  Although almost all vehicles in the area were rented out, the operator managed to find one that was available. We picked it up in one location and dropped it off in another as it was closer to the airport. Both interactions went smoothly and professionally. In the end it cost less than we were expecting and they even paid for the Uber to take us to the airport. It made what could have been a difficult day into a memorable day!

  I highly recommend renting from Enterprise on 72nd avenue and Bird road The folks were courteous professional and polite.

  This was a terrible terrible experience. From start to finish this place is an absolute nightmare. When I arrived I was given a car and the return date of the 16th. Half way through the reservation I was told they sold the car I was using. Why would you sell a car while it’s being rented? They ask me to bring it in I bring the car in and fill the tank as mentioned. When I arrive they tell me sorry we don’t have another car for you. Wasting all of my time. I told the lead I could not come back he told me to keep the car until the 16th when I was supposed to return it. 4 days later they are calling me telling me I need to bring the car back because it was sold. After telling them I went and was told I could keep the car they offered to come and exchange the vehicle at my house which I agreed too since it went from the text that was sent being a courtesy to me needing to return the car as soon as possible. When they arrived they brought me another car and everything was smooth. After returning the rental car I realized I forgot something in the car and called them to ask if I could come pick it up the next day. The gentleman who I spoke to mentioned to me that wouldn’t be a problem and he would go and grab the item and keep it for me to pick up. Next day comes I call to notify them I am going to pick it up where they tell me nothing was found in the car and the detialers did not report anything missing. When I explained to them I spoke with someone the day before who said they were going to grab what I left and keep it inside for me to pick up I was told “I’m not sure who you spoke too that person doesn’t work here”. If you want to be lied to, terrible customer service, get your car sold in the middle of your rental agreement then this is the place to go to. 0/10 would not recommend this place to anyone
