Como familiar de las personas afectadas, esta experiencia fue totalmente inaceptable. Se reservó una van para 15 pasajeros con meses de anticipación (agosto 2025) y se pagó en su totalidad, y aun así no entregaron ningún vehículo el día de recogida.
Lo más grave es que el sistema y la página web de Enterprise mostraban disponibilidad cuando en realidad no había vehículos, lo cual es engañoso. Nunca avisaron con anticipación y nos dejaron en incertidumbre, afectando un viaje familiar ya planificado.
Cobrar por un servicio que no se puede cumplir y mostrar disponibilidad falsa puede constituir una práctica engañosa según la Ley de Prácticas Desleales y Engañosas de Florida (FDUTPA).
No lo recomiendo.

Our 15-passenger van reservation was not honored, despite being booked months in advance (August 2025) and paid in full. When we arrived, we were told there was no vehicle available.
Worse, Enterprise’s system and website showed vehicles as “available” when none actually existed, which is misleading. No advance notice was given, leaving us stranded and disrupting our trip plans.
Accepting payment while advertising availability and failing to deliver the promised service may constitute a deceptive and unfair practice under Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA). A confirmed reservation should guarantee a vehicle — not uncertainty.
Unacceptable experience. Not recommended. This matter will be escalated.

Absolutely unacceptable and incompetent service.
This location accepted a reservation that was paid months in advance, yet when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was told there was no availability at all. Even worse, the employee at the counter provided zero assistance beyond saying “we don’t have what you paid for.”
No alternatives were offered.
No other vehicle options.
No meaningful attempt to help.
No escalation.
No sense of responsibility.
Just a shrug and silence.
Taking customers’ money in advance and then failing to provide a vehicle — while offering no solutions whatsoever — is not just bad service, it’s a complete breakdown of professionalism. If a location overbooks or mismanages inventory, the customer should not be the one paying the price.
This experience disrupted our travel plans and wasted an entire day. This location left us stranded and made it clear that once they have your money, your time and plans do not matter.
Do not trust this location with a reservation. A “reservation” here clearly means nothing.

Very disappointing experience. The customer service at the store on 40th Street is extremely poor. The staff displayed an unprofessional attitude, were unresponsive, and showed little interest in assisting customers. Interactions felt dismissive, as though customers were an inconvenience.
To make matters worse, the reservation had been made since August 21, 2025, and it was paid in full without hesitation regarding the price. Despite this, the level of service provided was far below acceptable standards. A business that operates this way fails to meet basic customer service expectations. I would not choose to return.
It’s concerning how poor customer service has become in many stores across Miami. This isn’t about luxury or special treatment—it’s about the basics: respect, attentiveness, and empathy.
Poor service doesn’t just push customers away; it also damages the image of a city that depends on service. Kindness costs nothing, but a lack of consideration comes at a high price: the loss of trust.
Hopefully, more businesses will realize that providing good service isn’t optional—it’s a responsibility.

I'm really disappointed of enterprise service i have being using enterprise for many years and what happened to me tonight is absurd i made a reservation on December 04 ,2025 for a van for December 27,2025 and tonight December 23 ,2025 4 days from my pick up date they call me to cancel my reservation , let me tell you that this is unprofessional and disrespectful we are driving with five kids and now because of enterprise i lost my reservation. The manager was rude and did not gave us any options we have a reservation to pass Christmas at a rental cabin in Tennessee that we will loose if we don't find another transport. i definitely don recommend to do business in this location.
