  Terrible service!!! I rented a car for 7 days at the Allapatta (Miami, FL) location, and the reps were rude, uninformed, and conceited. I ended up being charged a daily rate for my 7 days rental instead of the weekly rate, which cost me an additional $250. When I complained the reps at the location had no solutions, and customer service told me a regional manager would call, which has not happened. I have been waiting for that call for the last 6 days. I usually rent with National Rent a Car, and their service is amazing. I will never rent with Enterprise again, even though both companies are related. I don’t understand how the service from National is amazing and that from Enterprise is SO POOR! I am very disappointed!

  Received the most ridiculous call from Shanika today. She stated the vehicle I was in possession of (picked up yesterday) is due for an oil change and told me to immediately take it to an oil change facility to take care of it. I told her how ridiculous it was to request a customer to take THEIR vehicle in for service. She said “you will be reimbursed for the oil change.” When i said No, she told me to bring the vehicle into this location to swap it out. I said im not driving 45 minutes to this location but offered to swap it out at a location near me. She said that would not work, she could not find me a vehicle at a different location and that I need to bring it to her location. I told her absolutely not, as that’s not a reasonable expectation 1 day after pick-up. She stated she will document my refusal and I will receive an EMAIL from the supervisor. I requested a call from the supervisor and she again reiterated I would simply get an email. This situation is only the beginning of the extremely poor customer service experience, and the two vehicles they have provided for me that REEK of cigarette smoke. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with any company in my life. Especially for one whose core values are Customer service, Integrity, and Communication. Also, “Enterprise picks you up” is a complete falsity. Good luck with that.

  I always had a great experience here with pick up and drop offs . They were always very kind and helpful. Today while we dropped off Shanika, especially has taken quite a bit of brunt from a lot of walk-ins who didn’t have appointments, and 5-10 min before close. but she handled it very professionally and has a great patience and personable de escalation type attitude. Thank you.

  The people that work at this facility needs proper training also if you have guests walking into your storefront cleanliness is important

  Terrible Experience – Complete Waste of Time This was one of the worst car rental experiences I’ve ever had. We specifically booked a convertible at a particular location. We took an Uber and went all the way there, only to be told they did not have a convertible at all. Instead of resolving the issue, they told us to go to the airport location. So we paid for another Uber and went to the airport. When we arrived, they said they were not allowed to pull up our booking and, surprise, they also did not have a convertible. They then sent us to a third location. After yet another trip, the third location also did not have a convertible. Their solution? Offer us an SUV for the “same price.” That is absolutely not fair. We did not book an SUV — we booked a convertible for a reason. We wasted hours, paid for multiple Ubers, and were bounced between locations because of their poor inventory management and lack of communication. If you don’t have convertibles, don’t let people book them. Extremely unprofessional, misleading, and frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
