  Stacy was extremely helpful, making sure I stayed on top of returning the car on time. She clearly explained the policies if I didn’t, and made extending the rental seamless once the fees and other expenses were covered. Overall, a great team respectful and friendly. Thanks, Stacy! Also, shoutout to the tall gentleman sorry I forgot your name, but I appreciate your help too!

  Terrible car rental company! I don't recommend it to anyone. The store manager assured me that my 15-seat van would be available for pickup on the day of my reservation (although I already had a trip scheduled with my family). When I arrived at the store, I was surprised to find that there were no vans available, even though I had made sure to come a week in advance to have everything ready. At the store, the person who helped me didn't know how or could help me do absolutely anything. She offered me a 6-passenger car when my reservation was for 15 passengers. I thought it was disrespectful and irresponsible on her part, but especially on the part of the store manager, who was the one who guaranteed me a week in advance that I would have the van. You can't do this to your customers who rent with planning; they have no credibility. Pésima compañía de renta de vehiculo! No se lo recomiendo a nadie, la manager de la tienda me aseguro que tendria mi vans de 15 puestos disponible para recogerla el dia de mi reservacion (Teniendo ya un viaje programado con mi familia) y cuando llegue a la tienda sorpresa, no hay vans disponible, y eso que me asegure de venir una semana antes para tener todo listo. En la tienda la persona que me atendio no supo ni pudo ayudarme hacer absolutamente nada, me ofrecio un carro de 6 pasajeros cuando mi reserva era de 15 pasajeros, me parecio una falta de respeto y de irresponsabilidad de su parte, pero sobre todo de parte de la manager de la tienda quien fue la que me garantizo una semana antes que tendria la vans. No puedes hacerle esto a tus clientes que renta con planificacion, no tienen ninguna credibilidad.

  Enterprise, enterprise, enterprise!!!! I really want this to be a 0 star review because of how terrible the overall experience was but thankfully Shaquille came in and saved the day!! I made my reservation with Enterprise a full three weeks in advance for my Miami trip on 10/9/25 expecting a smooth experience. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was told that my reservation had mysteriously been canceled, it cannot be found no where in the system, and I was initially met with no viable solution. The staff informed me that the only option was to create a new reservation on the spot at nearly three times the original cost. My initial reservation was $160 but suddenly I was looking at a $500 charge for the same rental period. When I contacted customer service, I was met with no actionable solution and at one point they even suggested a 15-passenger van at a completely unreasonable price point. After a frustrating and lengthy call, I was genuinely at a loss until Shaquille stepped in. Shaquille was an absolute standout. Let me point out that he stayed after closing to assist me and while I was left without support from the rest of the staff there - Shaquille listened to my situation with empathy and took action to honor my original reservation at the original contract rate. Thanks to him, I received the car I originally booked for and he turned what could have been a disastrous experience into a positive one. I will be reaching out directly to corporate about this experience because their customer care team was completely useless and I received absolutely no support from them. They cancelled my reservation without sending me any type of notice and had it not been for Shaquille being so kind - there’s no saying what the results would have been. I do not recommend Enterprise, this review is ONLY to give Shaquille his recognition. Employees like him elevate the entire customer experience and should be considered for advancement. I don’t know what I would’ve done without him! Shaquille’s professionalism, problem-solving, and genuine care deserve the highest praise. I cannot thank him enough as he truly exemplifies outstanding service!!!
