Stated that my reservation has been canceled due to them not trying to find me a rental van the manager Stacy said they cannot call around to find me a rental van they just don’t have none due to the holidays. I felt that that was an inconvenience. Why call me two hours before I was supposed to pick up my rental van and then she lied and stated that someone’s been calling me all week when they haven’t I’ve been calling them and also I’ve been emailing them and asking them where they’re gonna have a rental car available and I was told to call back on Monday which I did and they told me that they Do not see any discrepancy in me getting a rental van they have lack of communication. The management sucks. And they need to do better when it comes to them meeting the needs end of having a rental car for the client.,and also, when I asked the manager Stacy for the corporate number, she gives me roadside assistance number so unprofessional

Bad customer service starting with Shenicka Guerrrier very rude and unprofessional 0 customer service. I don't blame her I blame the management. Nasty place but they are sitting down with no time to clean that lobby. I really hope you read this message please Don't Rent Here.
