THEY CONFIRMED OUR RENTAL THE DAY BEFORE WE GET HERE AND THERES NO CAR!! And all our hotels are not refundable!!! LITERALLY 0 HELP.. they have been telling us they were going to call us back NO ONE CALLED US BACK until the day before to confirm.
