Vania was amazing, she made sure I was taken care of and assisted me in a graceful manner, which is very unusual for Miami. Thank you for making my experience an amazing one.

Early in our drive from Miami, at Lake Worth I filled the tank at a cost of $52.88. I asked the attendant if you could reimburse part of the fuel cost and he stated there is nothing in your policy for that. Needless to say I am highly disappointed in this situation. I will seek alternate rental agencies on my next trip.
