    I had to rent a more expensive car because there was only one option available. I was told I could return later to switch to a cheaper car, which was not practical. When I returned the vehicle, I asked for an emailed receipt. It was never sent. I called back multiple times. Madeline said she would call me back and did not. On a later call, she was rude and dismissive instead of helpful. Basic customer service was missing. Do not promise follow up if you do not intend to do it. The interaction with Madeline was unprofessional and disappointing.

    Worst rental car experience I have ever experienced. Received a car that was dangerous including warning light on no functioning AC in Miami Florida and no gas. When I went to return it to the nearest Enterprise location I was told they are not required to swap out the vehicle.

    Sam from the Dadeland Station Enterprise location was great! We had a good experience with him leading up to our rental all the way until we returned the car. This will be the location where we went from in the future.

    This was hands down the worst car rental experience I have ever had. I reserved a premium SUV well in advance. One week before my rental, I was informed it would not be available and was forced to accept a minivan because no other options were offered. On the day of the rental, I received another call from Sam stating that the minivan also would not be available and that my only option was an even smaller vehicle. I was told it was a “take it or leave it” situation. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told she would call me back. That call never happened. I showed up to the location anyway and was told I was wasting my time and should just accept whatever they decided to give me. I was then sent to the airport location, allegedly because they “might have more options.” This was clearly done just to get me out of the building before they closed at 6 PM. I drove to the airport for absolutely nothing. I was told they could not help me despite the fact that minivans and SUVs were clearly sitting on the lot. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a company of this size. There was zero effort to resolve the issue, no communication, and no respect for the customer’s time. I rent cars multiple times a month, and I have never been treated this poorly.

    They don't Let me return a car from other enterprise, súper inconvience , rude guy attend me at the front and not provide me solution. Waste of time
