But the customer service is the exceptional, shown out to Kenny and Sebastian for making our experience in Miami exquisite. One tip I have is that if you see people waiting outside that is not the line to check in go inside the Marriott take a left to the shops and take another left past the Starbucks to check in.

The staff are great and do everything they can to move things along, but this location is severely understaffed. Feel bad for those who work here. Took 2+ hours to pick up my car. Whoever owns this location needs to staff this better and support their employees properly or limit the amount of reservations it allows. Brutal experience all around.

My family was is a crisis moment and we were looking for options for returning the vehicle as plan. And we was coming back to rent another vehicle that was stated in our reservations. So we could travel back home. Carnival Cruises the Lead at the door gave us some information to pass along to Sebastian yet he refuse and turn down every suggestion that was present even the manger in Orangeburg Branch ( TEVIN ) Again thank you, was not able to contact you to provided any information to resolved the. At the end of the day we handle everything without your arrogance of ignorance. It show that you should not have that title especially when all the other mangers involved found solutions and assisted us well. Get better
