  Lavonte delivered the best rental car experience I’ve ever had. Despite very limited inventory, he went above and beyond to make everything smooth, efficient, and stress-free. He was proactive, professional, and clearly committed to great customer service—never once made the situation feel like an inconvenience. Because of Lavonte, what could have been a frustrating experience was actually seamless and positive. This is exactly the level of service that keeps customers loyal. Enterprise is lucky to have him.

  Extremely busy spot!!! Sebastien who was working was very patient with an irate client who’s rental was towed.. he needs a promotion .. I would have told the guy pound salt and called the police on him.. Sebastien calmed the guy down using great patience and communication skills and talked the guy into another rental! My car was immaculate, service was fantastic.. Enterprise is my only go to rental.. and for my employees .

  Completely satisfied with the service I have called in advance to reserve a car. Both times they guarantee me I will get the car. I was trying to reserve when I arrive. They did not have the car for me. Once my rental was over, I pull up to return the car and the person who was in charge to get the cars from customers. He tried to rush me to get out of the car with the excuse he needed a car for another person.

  I’ve rented from this location before, and to be candid, it hasn’t always been the smoothest experience. Long waits, inconsistent service, and a general sense that things were a bit disorganized have been the norm in the past. Since Kenny got there, it's been different! Kenny is attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making the process easy. Everything with Kenny is calm and thorough because he has it under control. His attitude alone elevated the entire experience, and it’s clear he takes pride in doing things the right way. If this location is turning a corner, Kenny is the reason. He’s the kind of employee who changes a customer’s perception and keeps them coming back. A big thank you to him for restoring some confidence in this branch!
