Oh my God, the manager at that location went over and beyond to ensure that my Rent-A-Car experience was fantastic. She always always make sure my experience is great and for that I’m very grateful anytime I need a rental car. I would definitely choose that enterprise location. it’s far from my home, but it’s very much worth the drive.

Terrible management! I was given a rental with no engine oil. On the highway engine light turns on and the car stalled several times. No apologies from anyone at the center. Not even a discount: I had to waste my time to take care back with concerns something would happen to me while driving the car.
Be aware of this location. Seems like someone else had the same issue.

I was wrongfully placed on a Do Not Rent list with no clear explanation, and it has now been over six months with no resolution. I was told I would be eligible to rent again after the 6-month period, yet even after waiting the full timeframe, I am still being denied with no written reason or documentation.
I spoke with the manager, Andrew, multiple times, but I still have not received a consistent explanation or any transparency about why I am being restricted. As a loyal customer with no history of issues, the lack of clarity and accountability has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
At this point, the situation feels unfair and discriminatory. I am simply asking for honesty, answers, and fair treatment something every customer should receive. I hope corporate reviews this immediately, because being kept on a list indefinitely without justification is unacceptable.
