See the video of the roaches roaming in the car. Enterprise in Valrico couldn’t help me get a similar car as I’m what I recommended. I was stranded at mile 45 on I-75 North for over two hours before a tow truck arrived, when an Enterprise staff member with a replacement vehicle would have been more appropriate. The car I initially rented had no engine oil at all. How is this possible? I want to make it clear that the staff who assisted me, both at the time of renting and returning the car, treated me very well. However, I could not leave a good overall review. Thank you.
