Horrible experience. Arrived MIA with my family of seven on a Friday afternoon to enjoy a leisurely holiday drive to Key West. Called with a confirmed reservation for shuttle directions and was told "no cars go elsewhere" three times and was hung up on. Called the Enterprise corporate website help number and was also hung up on. Called it again and was told a regional manager would call me back shortly but never did. Avoid this company and this location at all costs.

Disgrace. Reserved a Range Rover for pick up at this location via Enterprise website during prak season. Car not available upon arrival and redirected me to MIA branch - who then said they only deal with their own reservations. This branch made no apologies or assistance. Had to go to a different operator to find last minute availability. Disgrace.

If anyone plans on renting from Enterprise car rental WELL in advance DON'T. Flew down to Miami airport. Wandered to the Enterprise desk only to find out I rented from a location outside of the airport and would have to pay for a taxi to get there, okay no problem my mistake. (The airport one was completely booked)I called them because at this point we were 30 min delayed due to our flight. A man answered the phone I told him we were running about 30-40 min later and he quickly informed me no reservations. I was confused because I NEVER gave him my name or reservation number AND yes I had made a reservation. He quickly said there were no cars available that THEY had overbooked and HUNG UP on me?! Walked back over to the airport Enterprise desk and even thry tried to call and no one answered then they told me they didn't have any time because they had their own customers to deal with. Fun fact: I had reserved it for about $400, now the rental cars in that area were going for 1k-3k for the week. Maybe why my reservation disappeared? I believe so! Do NOT rent from Enterprise Center

Car rented on Dec 21.The following day (Dec 22) one of the tires developed a leak. I stopped at a gas station and added air but an hour later I had to do so again. ($5 wasted). I contacted Enterprise Roadside assistance and the agent told me they can swap the car for a different one and sent me to the closest Enterprise outlet.
About an hour later I arrived there but the agent told me he had no cars to give me. He expressed surprise and annoyance that the Roadside Assistance agent would send me to a place without first verifying there was a car. This gentleman was very helpful, however, and suggested I go to a tire store across the street where they could fix the tire for free under a contract with Enterprise.
Unfortunately, the tire shop was extremely busy and they told me it would be a 2-3 hour wait. I told him to put me in the queue while I worked with Roadside Assistance.
At this point the entire experience became a disaster. At least 5 phone calls to Roadside Assistance; each of them said they would escalate the matter and to be patient. Each time I asked to speak with a supervisor and each time I was rebuffed with the (false) claim that no supervisory people were available. Each time they promised that someone was actively working on a solution and I should receive a call back from the regional office within minutes. It is a week later and I am still waiting for that promised phone call.
Several times I tried to call the Enterprise outlet where I rented the car but nobody ever answered the phone.
Eventually the tire repair shop fixed the tire (damage from a nail) and I was on my way with the repaired tire. But I ended up wasting half a day of my vacation dealing with a problem with one of their vehicles and, other than the support from the Enterprise office agent who sent me to the tire repair shop, support from the company has been non-existent. If it were not for him, I would have been without a usable vehicle for the entire week.
Since this experience, I have read on other travel sites of other customers who have had a similar experience. This tells me that the problem is systemic and is not a one-off.
Addendum 1/5/2026: I have reached out repeatedly to customer service as well as company executives. A copy of this review was sent directly to Enterprise and I received assurances that someone would be in touch with me within a few days to help resolve the matter. As of now I am still waiting for these assurances to be fulfilled.
