I purchased a car from Car Factory in October, I test drove the car, NO lights were on (check engine), five minutes into my drive from leaving the dealership the check engine light comes on. I immediately call my salesman, Gustavo. Gustavo told me to bring it back and they’ll check it to see what was wrong with it. I did my own diagnostics on the car, the catalytic converter was completely gone. My car was at their dealership for three weeks with no work being done to it. When I did pick up my car, the check engine light was gone, but the car still made the noise. The very next day the check engine light was back on, and ABSOLUTELY NO WORK WAS DONE TO THE CAR. They only cleared the code so that the check engine light would go off. Fast forward to December (December 12th to be exact) they towed my car back to their dealership because their paperwork wasn’t right on their end and without even communicating with me my car was repossessed. I never even got to make my first car payment. Alex is the general manager, Mario is the finance manager, and when you call them out on their B.S. they become very hostile and disrespectful. I had to call the police twice and overall the entire situation was a TERRIBLE experience. 0 out 10 I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS CAR LOT‼️
Please do your research they are better options out there
