Walter and Flaco are AMAZING!!! I just bought a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 to use with Project Dynamo down in Key West as we work to help the people of Jamaica recover from Hurricane Melissa. Worst experience I've ever had. Once they receive my money couldn't get and answers wouldn't return messages or text . Too over 2 weeks to receive truck. None of the lights work on rear of truck. Would never buy from them again nor will I recommend them to anybody

So let me first start by saying my name is Angel and I own a PRESSURE WASHING company here in Miami. I came to this dealership to finance a Toyota Tacoma 2017. Truck ran good had no lights (check engine) on during test drive. When I start to talk to the sales manager about pricing and so on they had GAP insurance and extended car warranty, which I refused to pay for 30 minutes nonstop, they were telling me that no bank will accept me without gap insurance and extended warranty, (which is illegal for them to say), word by word, they that “it is a requirement in order to finance this vehicle” , nevertheless I continue to tell them I will not pay for gap insurance or extended warranty by the end of it. I finally got them to remove the gap insurance, but they still refused to remove the extended warranty. Fine you got me there Jose sales manager, you finessed me into purchasing extended car warranty. That’s not even the best part, 24 hours later I have the tragedy hits. I have a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT before I even get to take my TRUCK to work for the first time fast-forward I go ahead and take my car to their mechanic and they tell me that the problem might not even be included into the extended warranty just my luck, as I express my story to the person that does the finance at this dealership, he goes ahead and tells me sorry this dealership, is a “BUY AS IS” and even if it was covered by the warranty, they would need to wait 30 days with the ongoing problem for the warranty to take affect.
As I write this today, this problem is still occurring! I wouldn’t trust anybody in their named Jose and that says a lot since there’s 3-4 people who are named Jose in that establishment.
Other smaller problems happened including leaving me on hold for 15 minutes then hanging up on me. Not answering the phone during business hours and not being attentive to a customer who spent there hard earned money!!
