  I purchased window wipers for my car, they offered to install them for me but were not the right ones for my car. I was Immediately issyed a refund. Informed me that I could get it at Amazon, which I did. Returned to the store with the Amazon ones, and guess what? They offered to install it for me. I was and I still cannot believe that this kind of service still exist. Thank you!

  I am completely disappointed in AutoZone Auto Parts located at 13708 SW 56th St Miami Fl 33175. I have purchased batteries before at other AutoZones & never had an issue. This store, I went in under 3 months ago because my battery was dead & I purchased one with warranty. Never have I had an issue when I have to come & replace it. Other AutoZone stores will take the time to change it with no problems at all. I had to go in today to AutoZone on Jan 12th, it was a little rainy so they told me to wait till it stopped & I understood that. At the same time I couldn't go anywhere because my battery was dead. When the rain finally stopped, The employee took his sweet time to get to me with no eye contact - had zero desire to help me, saw my car & stated that he couldn't change it because the plastic protective cover was on top. Immediately I asked my cousin who was with me to remove the plastic & so my cousin did just that. Then the employee saw the battery that was inside this protective case like nowadays the batteries are & told me he can't change it because they are not allowed. I explained this is the first time this happens to me. No one has ever denied a battery change that is within the warranty. Keep in mind, I did ask before anything, if my battery was still under warranty & after providing my details - they confirmed that MY battery was still IN WARRANTY!!! Still, they chose not to help me. I was extremely disappointed & when I stated that I will complain about this - they literally gave me the tools so that my cousin can uninstall/install the new battery. I'm completely in shock & will definitely after this warranty is over will no longer buy another battery here....Who in their right minds comes to request a battery change & end up doing it ourselves. If it wasn't for my cousin literally helping me change the battery because AutoZone did NOT want to help. They were totally OKAY with leaving a woman stranded if I would have been alone. I will NOT be coming here again. I rather go to the car dealer! I urge everyone to not waste time in buying a battery at AutoZones because even with warranty - you're stuck doing it by yourself. I am adding proof that my cousin did this himself. The AutoZone cart & toolbox was given to us. There was 2 employees that even left to go home. Horrible experience & i don't wish that on anyone. I am pretty sure if you check your cameras - the actual owners can see what happened. This place is pathetic!
