  I came in looking for a specific piece and I was helped by John. He made sure that I was getting the right part that I needed. Luckily it was the correct piece on the first try without having to bring the piece to double check! He was also very knowledgeable and kind. He also gave me some advice on what to do when I had gotten back home. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely be returning if I need anything else.

Before replacing my battery, he took the time to thoroughly test it to confirm that I truly needed a replacement, which I really appreciated. He handled everything quickly and efficiently, changed the battery without any hassle, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines knowledge, professionalism, and such a positive attitude. Anthony is truly a standout employee, and because of him, I will definitely continue shopping at this AutoZone location.
