They say I had to have the debit card so I say ok I be back when I did they say that the item was returned and I was refunded even that I had the original receipt and the item was in the store 1 hr and the manager in that shift night say that he could it funded in the register I had never had an issue from my information you pay with debit card they could return cash I had even done return in the main one hialeah on 12 ave Very upset even more when a manager say I don't understand why you still had the item if it was return in the system trying to explain that I never received the refund. How do you become upset with a customer because you are have trouble with your systems and are unable to communicate that. Someone people don’t need to work with computers or people. Would not recommend going to this location at all.
