It’s this one worker, a black, skinny girl with dreads, who keeps starting problems with me. It wasn’t once but twice. The first time she argued with my mechanic and me about switching a piece I had a lifetime warranty for. The second time she argued with me, my husband, and the mechanic about switching another piece I had a warranty for which the manager said I could do. When I stated my complaints to the manager she was quiet but when the manager was gone she yelled and did things her way instead of properly handling the situation in a respectful way. She does the opposite of what the manager says then tells us oh he’s just the store manager. The worker is loud, rude, and very disrespectful. Twice is enough to be rude, loud, and disrespectful.

They had a wide selection and I wasn’t sure which ones to get. Jenika helped me figure out which were the right ones for her car and then told me the difference between the different types of wipers. She even showed me how to put them on the car and helped me do it. She was super nice and super friendly. Glad I stopped at those location. Thank you for helping me make the kid's car safe to drive.

The entire staff was super helpful and friendly, and the store has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this AutoZone location and especially Ladena for outstanding customer service!
