- KKKNov 8, 20251.0The workers are incapable of giving me the correct refund amount for the old brakes returned. I came in on 11/7 and purchased brakes, got the brakes done. Brought in the old ones for a refund. I tried showing the clerk the receipt, but he said I don't need to see it. He gave me incorrect amount for a refund and turns out that he went by a purchase date made months before instead of the current purchase date. When I returned to the store I was told I needed to speak to the manager that doesn't come in until the next day and given the time that it was purchased he can't do anything about it. This location needs to do better and hire people who pays attention to details when it comes to doing thier job.
