- AMAshley MoralesNov 11, 20255.0Yali G I was in a difficult situation today, but thanks to Yali G and this AutoZone manager whose name I didn't catch, I was able to borrow a jumper cable and battery to start my car (of course leaving my license as a precaution), walk to the nearby Starbucks where my car was stuck, and jump to drive to the AutoZone parking lot. When I got there, Yali G assisted with cleaning the rust surrounding the clips in addition to quickly testing and installing the battery. Her time and advice were excellent. I sincerely appreciate your assistance.

- ACabril cristernaOct 31, 20251.0I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this AutoZone. The manager, SanCarlos, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance changing my car battery, he flat-out refused to help. He showed zero professionalism or basic courtesy — something you’d expect from someone in a management position. What made it worse was that another employee, Hans, was willing to help and actually showed some compassion. It’s sad when the manager sets such a bad example while the staff underneath him are the only ones doing their jobs. I honestly hope corporate sees this, because no customer should be treated the way I was.
