After providing my phone number, it turned out I hadn’t purchased from here but the battery had actually been purchased from Walmart. A gentleman by the name of Berny offered to come out and check it out for me, cleaned the battery off, and it was full of old battery acid. He stated it was dangerous and due to his kindness and just a great friendly but professional interaction I went ahead and purchased a new battery. Thank you for your help Berny and thank you for just being professional making this experience a pleasant in a not so pleasant situation.
