  Cuando llegué me pregunté si hablaba español y el trabajador me dijo que si yo hablaba inglés, como yo le hiba a preguntar si el hablaba español. Luego me atendieron con demasiado rechazo y racismo solo por hablar español y ser latino.

  l Berny was such An\n Amazing Health Getting the part I needed for my mom's Van. Especially when I thought that I didn't have the option to pick it up today. He found a workaround and was really great. One of the best employees I've met here. Thank you so much. The other store on 199st near ive dairy also had amazing and kind workers two great spots!!

  Berny was ABSOLUTELY wonderful! He changed my battery with no issues. He was so professional and kind. I arrived to pick up my battery when the AutoZone on 183rd and 27th said they didn't have it. They charged me there but should have told me I had the option to purchase the battery where I picked it up from. Sounds like there were some shenanigans afoot. Honestly, all the employees at the store were friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. It's the kind of store that I would go out of my way for my vehicle needs because of the service even though it's not as close as the other AutoZone.

His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and handled. Customer service like this is rare, and Berny is a true asset to AutoZone. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend asking for him!
