They greeted me and made me feel seen instantly. Ms.Lissette and the gentleman assisted me with tackling major car task and saved me thousands of dollars that I would have been paying off for years. The manager tall dark and handsome had great energy as well. Joking with the amazing sales consultants; adding even more positive energy. I thank God for this team because even Mr.Quan who wasn't there; is amazing because he is always helpful and that's what made me come back to this exact Auto Zone. I pray they all get raises because good help is hard to come by. They were energetic and fully aware of mechanical knowledge. THIS TEAM IS A1! UNLIKE MOST TEAMS THEY WERE HAPPY TO SERVICE US. PLEASE CHOOSE AUTO ZONE... LOL THEY GOT ME IN THE ZONE!🥳😆✅️ Ms.Lissette demonstrated excellent listening skills and impeccable attention to detail and multitasking skills. My key fob also was low in battery and he easily replaced it in-store and I was good to go! I had called out for work because I swore this was going to be an all day affair but I was able to still make it to work. Jermaine was helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable! I’ve been to this location before and have waited several times without anyone helping, and this was my first time seeing Jermaine and he came right to the rescue giving stellar customer service.
