Era el primer cliente y le conté al señor que me atendió, alguien con apellido italiano pero por su nombre y acento, supe que era latino como yo. Le pedí que me ayudara a cambiar la batería del carro y me respondió que NO se podía porque solo era permitido , al instalar la batería por primera vez.. Me chocó su respuesta porque he realizado esta operación varias veces y JAMÁS, alguien me había respondido así. La segunda estrella, se la doy , porque al menos , me prestó una pinza y una llave de cubo, para poder realizar el cambio. Otra señora que trabaja en ese lugar, la escuché decirle a otro cliente, que si necesitaba ayuda, no dudará en llamarla.. Desgraciadamente, no todos, tienen en su agenda,realizar su servicio con responsabilidad y solidaridad humana. A ese lugar, NO VOY MÁS…!!
