One of the men working there served me, and he didn't even know how to look up the name of the part I was asking for on the computer. He kept entering a different name than the one I gave him and then told me, without even checking properly, that they didn't have it in stock. It's disrespectful to the customers to have someone like that working there, because from what I saw, he treats all the customers the same way. When I arrived, he was on the phone with someone else and couldn't tell them either whether they had the part or not because he doesn't know how to look up the parts.
