Only one attendant was working the front register — young, confused, and clearly overworked — while the commercial accounts desk in the back had two employees standing there and even a third one who popped up. After standing in line that long, with still two customers ahead of me, I left the coolant behind and went to another AutoZone location where there was almost no wait and three attendants at the front counters. To make matters worse, I tried calling this store twice before arriving to check if the coolant I needed was in stock, and they didn’t pick up either time. I would not recommend this location unless you want your time wasted and enjoy standing around for half an hour or more. If I could give negative five stars, I would.
