  Ich kann Alamo im Flughafen Miami sehr empfehlen. Wir haben 2024 ein Challenger und 2025 einen Durango gemietet. Der Challenger hatte 31000mi runter und war optisch schon etwas abgenutzt was aber den Fahrspass und die restliche Optik nicht beeinträchtigt hat. Der Durango war relativ neu mit 1900mi und hatte einen tadellosen Zustand. Der Ablauf 2025 und 2024 verlief reibungslos und Rücknahme ebenfalls. Keine extra Kosten und faire Tankreglung. Wir buche unsere Fahrzeuge immer mit dem Goldschutz auf der Alamo Seite. Der Mitarbeiter Sergio am Schalter war sehr freundlich und sehr nett. Vielen Dank für absolute Unterstützung.

  I had a really bad experience in the Mia Airport store. I scheduled a suv to fit my family and luggage for the holidays. I stood over 1 hour In line to find out I had to wait 2 more hours in the possibility to my vehicle to arrive. In other words, Alamo rented what it didn’t have in stock. I waited the two hours and went to have lunch being promised by the supervisor that my vehicle would be there and I wouldn’t get skipped. Over 2 and a half hours passed I went back to Alamo to find out they forgot to put my name in line and waited 1 more hour, beeing that I was going to drive 3 more hours. A complete lack of organization, empathy and consideration. Very disappointed. U

  I would give them 0 stars if I could. I rented a car from Alamo at the Miami Airport back in November 2025 to get home due to the government shutting down all of the flights across all airlines. After paying for a full tank at the counter we had to fill up again after driving for 5 hours (cool). After that, we had to fill up every two hours and put oil in the car twice. Closer to the destination, the car would not accelerate past 50mph. We called the 24/7 emergency line twice to switch out cars but no one answered. Since Alamo is owned by Enterprise and there was no Alamo at my destination, I told an Enterprise employee about my issue and she said that someone from the Miami location would reach out. One of the managers did reach out a couple days later and told me “as a gesture of goodwill” he would refund the gas and oil purchases, but would not give me a full refund. When I sent the pictures of the gas and oil purchases, I asked for at least a partial refund due to how dangerous the situation was. I did not receive a response, or a refund of any sort. Terrible experience.

  I’d like to thank Alamo Car Rental and their staff for an exceptionally smooth rental experience. I reserved a full-size SUV and prepaid in advance. Upon arrival, the process was quick and easy—they only asked for my driver’s license, phone number, address, and a credit card for authorization, and I was all set. In the parking lot, there were over 15 vehicles in the same category to choose from, so I could simply select the one I wanted and drive off. The vehicle, a Volkswagen, felt practically brand new—luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. I truly enjoyed driving it throughout the trip. After 20 fantastic days, returning the car took no more than five minutes. I received my return slip and confirmation email right away, with no need to stop by the office or handle any paperwork. The toll charges were posted about a week later. Thank you for helping make my vacation such a great experience.

  Alamo at Miami International Airport is not safe. Avoid this place at all cost if you want to be safe when you rent a vehicle. They rented us a 15 passenger van with completely worn down tires and the wires sticking out (indicating there is no proper inspection or maintenance schedule in between customers). When contacted, they completely were not helpful Nor did they offer any assistance. Our entire trip was delayed and they did not even apologize or offer a valid discount due to the inconvenience of having to take their car to get tired swapped out during our vacation. We lost money to tickets pre purchased due to the significant delays from the very beginning of driving this vehicle off the lot at MIA. Total mess and disregard for safety, quality and risk management. Shame on you ALamo, MIA Alamo manager and Alamo reps. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Update 7 days after vehicle was returned: still waiting for Alamo management to contact us and I tried the customer service link provided by Chris below and still waiting. Beyond poor customer service and disrespectful.
