  Voy a decir algo. Por un lado PÉSIMO QUE NO ESTÉ NADIE EN LA CASILLA DE DONDE UNO RECOGE SU AUTO PARA AL MENOS SACARSE UNA DUDA. PÉSIMO NIVEL ME DESESPERÉ. Ahora sacando eso, ÁLAMO la mejor empresa! El auto que me dieron impecable. Cuando estaba subiendo al auto di con un empleado y era sumamente amable así que hasta eso fue maravilloso. La forma de dejar el auto PERFECTA. No me cobraron cosas raras, no me sentí estafada. Aplausos

  Ashley at Alamo Rental was absolutely phenomenal! She turned a horrible experience with Nu Rental into the best outcome in less than 10 minutes. Not only did she get us a better price, but she also put us in a great car — and even let us pick our own vehicle! Her customer service was top-tier: professional, efficient, kind, and genuinely helpful. She completely saved our day and turned everything around so quickly. If you need a rental, go to Ashley at Alamo. She’s the one you want! P.S. There’s no limos😝😂

  I strongly recommend avoiding Alamo at Miami International Airport. Despite paying $913.84 for a 7-passenger minivan and using "Skip the Counter," the car was not ready upon arrival. +2 The experience only got worse: Mechanical Failures: Hours after pickup, the car wouldn’t start due to a dead battery. Roadside assistance told us to drive for an hour just to charge it—a huge waste of our limited vacation time while traveling with two toddlers (ages 2 and 5). Logistical Chaos: The battery died again the next day. Support promised a shuttle that never arrived. I had to pay for my own transport to an Enterprise branch only to be told they had no cars available. Poor Replacement: After hours of calls, I was sent to another branch and given a sedan (Malibu) instead of the minivan I paid for. I eventually had to go back to the airport to get a Chrysler Voyager. Subpar Quality: The replacement was a downgrade in technology/comfort compared to the original Pacifica and had a terrible odor inside, making our family trip very uncomfortable. Total lack of empathy for families and zero compensation offered for the days of vacation we lost dealing with their broken equipment. Avoid this location if you value your time and safety.

  Hace días estoy mandando mails y no me responden. Alquile un vehículo FULL SIZE ELITE. Lamentablemente tuve serios problemas al retirar el vehículo. En primer lugar, no existía en todo el estacionamiento un cartel que indique la categoría “FULL SIZE ÉLITE” Por lo tanto tuvimos que esperar que se desocupe un empleado con lo cual de nada sirvió hacer el check in previo que tanto promocionan. Luego de una larga espera, el empleado que no hablaba español ni hizo ningún esfuerzo por comunicarse con nosotros nos acompañó hasta un vehículo (Audi Q3) el cual estaba en la fila de vehículos standard suv y nos dijo que ERA LA ÚNICA OPCIÓN QUE TENÍAMOS. Mi familia y yo cansados luego de un viaje largo lo tomamos y nos fuimos. Ahora verificamos que no tiene nada que ver con lo que reservé y pagué. Por lo tanto exijo una solución inmediata. Estamos viajando 4 personas todas apretadas pasando mal unas vacaciones que deberían ser de placer

  Gutes Auto, aber Alamo Cape Canaveral bot einen schlechten Service: das Auto wurde nicht erläutert bei der Übergabe, lediglich ein Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt. Der Tank war bei der Übergabe halb leer. Unsere Hinweise auf Beschädigungen an dem Fahrzeug wurden mit dem Hinweis, wir sollen diese selbst dokumentieren, abgewickelt, ein Hinweis auf diese Beschädigungen in den Dokumenten wurde verweigert. Auf die Notwendigkeit, selbst einen Sunpass für die Maut zu kaufen, wurde nicht hingewiesen. Unsere eigentlich bereits bei der Buchung übermittelten Daten mussten wir auf einem kleinen Terminal erneut selbst eingeben, während der Angestellte zusah.
