You’re pretty much on your own. Lol. There’s been a couple times come here needing help and pretty much you’re on your own. It’s not like it used to be where if you purchase something they will assist you or change it for you, which is what I was told by the older gentleman with the black hair that works here he’s always there. I’m not sure if he’s a manager or what . Which I thought was very odd because when I went to a different location, the young man offered to change my lightbulb with purchase. I didn’t even have to ask. So I am guessing it just depends on location and how much their staff is actually willing to work. Lol
