  Acabo de salir de este Auto Parts con la peor atención que puede recibir una persona. Erick trabajador de este lugar me atendió muy mal además es un grosero no sabe ser amable ni cordial con los clientes . Aquí no vuelvo más 👎.

  This is the closest Advance Auto Parts to me, it's also one of the smaller stores. They told me that their biggest store is further south, a few miles south off of South Dixie Highway. Because the store is very small and it is very small, there's not much selection on display. However, I don't have access to the parts section of the store, so I have no idea how many actual Parts they have available to Consumers walking in asking for a certain part number or a certain product that they may not have on display on the shelves. One thing that I was disappointed in is that I really like Mechanix Wear gloves. I use them exclusively when riding my motorcycle. They however wear out after 3 months, and so I have to go look for a replacement. I usually try to support local businesses, and that's why I went to Advance Auto Parts. When I went there, it was on a Sunday morning, and there was a nice guy working behind the counter, he was very friendly. Last time I was there I remember the gloves being on the back wall and they had a good variety and good stock. This time however, it was totally different. I asked the gentleman where the gloves are and he told me they're right underneath the cashier counter. They had two sections, and they were pretty much out of gloves, they only had like maybe three or four gloves on each section, with different brands that I never heard of before. They only had the mechanics gloves in one certain color, and one certain style, and it was only in size large. I wear extra large. So I just went home and I ordered it from Amazon instead. Why they had such a low stock of gloves, I have no idea. I don't know if this place actually gets that much business, but it would not surprise me if it closes down to in the next few months.

  Very helpful considering I knew nothing of windshield wipers. Sales person found them and installed them for me.

  They have the basics of what you might need, however, don’t expect them to know too much information about cars and don’t expect them to actually replace the lightbulb with purchase or to be able to test the battery. You’re pretty much on your own. Lol. There’s been a couple times come here needing help and pretty much you’re on your own. It’s not like it used to be where if you purchase something they will assist you or change it for you, which is what I was told by the older gentleman with the black hair that works here he’s always there. I’m not sure if he’s a manager or what . Which I thought was very odd because when I went to a different location, the young man offered to change my lightbulb with purchase. I didn’t even have to ask. So I am guessing it just depends on location and how much their staff is actually willing to work. Lol
