  This store can’t even complete a simple exchange of a product purchased from another store. I don’t know if this is a franchise or not but this place sucks. I purchased headlights from another advance auto parts, and tried to return it. With original receipt and unopened box and they refused to do it because it was an exchange receipt. Stay away from here. Their customer service sucks. They even had another customer waiting 20 minutes for an employee to clock in to get assistance with his car outside, while some buffoon in the back is yapping drinking his cafecito the entire time. Meanwhile the cashier attending me is lying and pretending he’s a manager to get me off his back. I’m not one to complain, these people are just rude and can’t complete simple operations. - Esta tienda ni siquiera puede completar un simple cambio de un producto comprado en otra advance auto. No sé si es una franquicia o no, pero este lugar no sirven. Compré unos luzes en otro Advance Auto Parts y intenté devolverlos, con el recibo original y la caja sin abrir, y se negaron porque era un recibo de cambio. Manténganse alejados de aquí. Su servicio al cliente es terrible. Incluso tenían a otro cliente esperando 20 minutos a que un empleado salia à la caja para poder ayudarlo con su carro afuera, mientras un tipo en la parte de atrás estaba hablando sin parar y tomando su cafecito todo el tiempo. Mientras tanto, el cajero que me atendía estaba mintiendo que era el gerente para quitármelo de encima. No soy de los que se quejan, pero esta gente es grosera y no puede realizar operaciones simples.

  when you need parts. This is the place to get them. People are super nice and knowledgeable. Fast service, and prices you can't find no where else. They open late till 9 pm. That's very convenient. You can also buy online. No waiting in line. or pick it up at the place. They carry all the good brands. All the product have warranties some have lifetime warranty. You can always call first, they will advise you of any good deals. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

  Mi amiga llegó a esta tienda porque el carro no encendía. Aquí le dijeron que la batería estaba bien y que el problema era el motor de arranque, servicio que no ofrecen, sugiriéndole comprar la pieza y contratar a personas externas. Por precaución fue a otro local, donde confirmaron que sí era la batería y que el motor de arranque estaba en perfecto estado. Dejo esta reseña para proteger a otros clientes y para que el dueño, si no está al tanto, pueda revisar lo que está ocurriendo. My friend went to this store because her car wouldn’t start. She was told here that the battery was fine and that the problem was the starter motor, a service they do not offer. She was advised to buy the part and hire someone outside the store to install it. To be safe, she went to another location, where it was confirmed that the issue was the battery and that the starter motor was in perfect condition. I’m sharing this review to protect other customers and so the owner, if unaware, can look into what may be happening.
