    Mi amiga llegó a esta tienda porque el carro no encendía. Aquí le dijeron que la batería estaba bien y que el problema era el motor de arranque, servicio que no ofrecen, sugiriéndole comprar la pieza y contratar a personas externas. Por precaución fue a otro local, donde confirmaron que sí era la batería y que el motor de arranque estaba en perfecto estado. Dejo esta reseña para proteger a otros clientes y para que el dueño, si no está al tanto, pueda revisar lo que está ocurriendo. My friend went to this store because her car wouldn’t start. She was told here that the battery was fine and that the problem was the starter motor, a service they do not offer. She was advised to buy the part and hire someone outside the store to install it. To be safe, she went to another location, where it was confirmed that the issue was the battery and that the starter motor was in perfect condition. I’m sharing this review to protect other customers and so the owner, if unaware, can look into what may be happening.

    Pésimo servicio, trabajadores muy lentos, 30 minutos atendiendo a cada cliente sin ganas de trabajar, tuve que irme porque esperé más de 30!l minutos en la cola mientras atendían a una sola persona.

    4.99 for a spark plug gapper that cost . 99 and a 2 dollar plug for almost 6 bucks and please don't say it's the tariff because both products are made in the USA (they did have what I needed). It's getting to be like the 90ths again that you have to buy online because of the outrageous pricing!

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. On saturday November 8 2025 I was trying to return something and a lady told me I couldnt do it because i bought in another store. What kind of company doesnt have a unified CRM that works across all branches ? She didnt want to help at all, that was a really weak excuse. Update: Went to Flagler and could return it. That was not the store where i got it neither but that employee actually wanted to help.

    I wish I could give them 0 star. Been waiting almost ONE HOUR in total just for a return. A boy served us at the first place opened the oil lid intentionally, and then asked us to go to the other store to do the retur. This is so ridiculous, how can we ask for a return at other place with a opened item? We came back and it took them FOREVER to finish the return. The other guy told us to wait since he was on the phone with someone, after 10 minutes I asked him how long he can serve me; no apologize, no explaination. He even ask another guy to come and help him with the return since none of them seems can be able to solve the problem. Just an oil bottle + an oil filter, is it that difficult??? We would never come back, just a terrible experience ever. By the time that I write this review, we still have to wait endlessly, no explaination, no apologize, and not even telling us how long that we have to wait. Thank you, I'm late for work just because of your lack of knowledge
