What kind of company doesnt have a unified CRM that works across all branches ? She didnt want to help at all, that was a really weak excuse. Update: Went to Flagler and could return it. That was not the store where i got it neither but that employee actually wanted to help.

A boy served us at the first place opened the oil lid intentionally, and then asked us to go to the other store to do the retur. This is so ridiculous, how can we ask for a return at other place with a opened item? We came back and it took them FOREVER to finish the return. The other guy told us to wait since he was on the phone with someone, after 10 minutes I asked him how long he can serve me; no apologize, no explaination. He even ask another guy to come and help him with the return since none of them seems can be able to solve the problem. Just an oil bottle + an oil filter, is it that difficult??? We would never come back, just a terrible experience ever. By the time that I write this review, we still have to wait endlessly, no explaination, no apologize, and not even telling us how long that we have to wait. Thank you, I'm late for work just because of your lack of knowledge
