I provided my VIN, and he quickly and easily located the correct, though admittedly expensive, battery for my specific vehicle. The real hero was Lyen, who handled the installation. Batteries for the 2019 Chevy Blazer are difficult to change, requiring the careful dismounting of several parts beyond the usual terminals. Lyen was incredibly professional, precise, and careful throughout the entire process. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The whole job was completed in a remarkably fast 15-20 minutes. I am immensely grateful to both Jose and Lyen for their professionalism, friendliness, and expertise.
