    ATTENTION GENERAL MANAGER GUILLERMO: Paula there didn’t want to help my mom for crap and our mechanic had to come to the rescue since she wouldn’t even bother helping out to power up her car and she was stranded with no battery. Alphonso however was asked to help and he was willing to help out so he’s a good dude but Paula was absolutely TERRIBLE TERRIBLE with TERRIBLE ATTITUDE and did NOT put any attention nor care to my mom who has been a paying customer for a long time here. ATENCIÓN GUILLERMO: Paula, no quiso ayudar en absoluto a mi mamá y nuestro mecánico tuvo que venir al rescate porque ella ni siquiera se molestó en ayudar a pasar corriente a su carro cuando estaba varada sin batería. A Alphonso también le pidieron ayuda y él sí estuvo dispuesto a ayudar, así que es una buena persona. Pero Paula fue absolutamente TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, con una ACTITUD TERRIBLE, y NO le puso ninguna atención ni mostró ningún interés por mi mamá, quien ha sido clienta fiel y de pago aquí durante mucho tiempo. Gracias y por favor responde cuando ves esto Guillermo y si nessisto Que yo voy alla yo voy para ya.

    What a lack of ethics, what a lack of humanity!! I arrived at 8:39 pm, 21 minutes before closing, and they told me they couldn't use the computer to read a code in my car and give me that information. An operation that only takes a maximum of 10 minutes. This store deserves the rating it has. According to the employee himself, it can't be done at this time. I'm not coming back here anymore. Que falta de ética, que falta de humanidad!! Vengo a las 8:39 pm faltando 21 minutos para el cierre y me dicen que no pueden poner la computadora para leer un código en mi auto y darme ese dato. Una operación que tan solo ocupa 10 minutos Maximo. Esta tienda por algo tiene la calificación que tiene. Dicho por el propio empleado, a esta hora no se puede hacer. Aquí no vengo más.

    The worst auto parts store ever. I called to ask a question they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then a guy that doesn’t understand English picks up. He tells me to hold on again just because he doesn’t understand. After being on hold for 20 minutes already. Then you get there and they never have what you need. Their batteries never work and everything else is a joke.
