When i approached the counter he didn't greet me or look up from his seat. He was sitting at a table a few steps from the register playing a game on a personal computer/laptop. When i asked for help with purchasing a battery he smacked his teeth, he did this numerous times during our encounter. when I was asking for information regarding the battery options. Overall he was unfriendly, unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. My interaction with him made me decide to go elsewhere to purchase my battery.
