    Increíblemente voy a dar un Reseña súper Positiva para “ Dayna” 🏅en esta locación , quien fue la única persona de esta tienda con voluntad y conocimiento para ayudarme a resolver un problema de batería con mi scooter. El resto del personal no saben : ni que les preguntas, ni tiene el tacto o la paciencia para explicarte. Miran en otra dirección cuando les habla o groseramente se quedan como tildados , repitiendote lo mismo, a diferentes preguntas que le haces ignorándote por completo. Si no les queda otra que asistir a esta tienda , busquen a Dayna si son ignorados o mal informados, es la única empleada con voluntad allí.

    I am revising my review based on my visit this morning. I arrived at the store around 7:05 AM on Saturday, expecting it to be open at 7:00 AM as listed online. I later found out that the correct Saturday opening time is 7:30 AM, which was not a problem, so I waited in my car. At 7:35 AM, I entered the store to allow the employee some time to get settled. While I was providing my vehicle information, the phone rang and the employee stopped assisting me to handle the call. This added another 5–7 minutes to my wait. Although I was not in a rush, I felt it was unprofessional and discourteous to prioritize a phone call over a customer who was already present and being helped in person. When I raised my concern, the employee explained that the caller had a commercial account. While that may be the case, it should not take precedence over another commercial account holder or any other customer who is physically in the store. I have decided not to disclose the employee name but customer service should be a priority and professional.
