- JRJader Romero4 days ago1.0I had a really frustrating experience at the Discount Auto Parts on Flagler and 109th. Every time I go there, the customer service is disappointing. The lady at the counter and the older gentleman who only speaks Spanish never seem willing to help. Today I went in just looking for a simple windshield washer hose for a Jeep Cherokee. After checking the computer, she said she didn’t understand what I needed and didn’t know which part it was. Instead of trying to help or asking more questions, it felt like they just wanted to brush me off. When customers walk into an auto parts store, it’s usually because they need help finding the right part. Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the attitude at this location. I ended up leaving and going to AutoZone around the corner, where they helped me right away and got me exactly what I needed.
