  I would like to share my recent experience at AutoZone, as I was very satisfied with the customer service and the overall experience. The store is new, spacious, and very well organized. It is clear that they maintain a great level of inventory, which makes it easy to find what you need without any hassle or time wasted. As for the prices, I found them to be very competitive, which is always appreciated. I would like to give special recognition to Mr. Gabino, who provided outstanding service. He was very kind, patient, and professional. He scanned my truck without any issues and helped me clarify all my questions in a clear and efficient manner. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I will definitely be coming back to this store in the future. Highly recommended.

  I walked in and not even one employee greeted me nor asked if I needed assistance. There were 2 male employees chatting. Very unprofessional. I felt ignored and that's not a good way to treat customers. The location on 2nd Ave has great customer service. I'll be taking my business to the other location from now on.
