  I just went to the Autozone store on 12000 SW 8 Street and Mr. Johnny Rivera, Manager, helped me with an issue I had been dealing with for the longest time with my car. I’m a retired County Employee who worked serving the public for 31 years and I had extensive customer service training. During the time I worked for the County, I had to provide excellent customer service or they would just let me go. I did what I was expected to do for a long time and I enjoyed every single minute of it because I love helping people. I was almost shocked to see how Mr. Rivera went extensively out of his way to help me. You don’t find that type of service anywhere anymore. Keep Johnny in your team and I can assure you that your customers will never go anywhere else and you will see your business grow every single day. Thank you Johnny, Dayse Capote.

  I went to find some whippers for my car. Jorge Ramirez gave me the best honest advice in choosing the pair. He was so kind --he even installed them. Very pleased with his service. My second time in this Autozone. Totally recommend.
