  Did Mid size car rental from Alamo at Miami airport. Booking car rental on Alamo website was pretty easy and as I booked car I gave all details so I could skip counter at Miami airport and directly went to get car and was out of airport in 10 min. Very smooth car rental process and return was easy too. Car was spacious and perfect for family. Highly recommend Alamo for car rental and will come back to them in future.

  Chose “skip the Counter” at Miami…turned up on time but no vehicle was ready..I asked 3 assistants 3 separate times and each walked away shrugging shoulders & weren’t to be seen again over the next 90 minutes!!..Finally I suggested a vehicle in The Lot to another assistant & she said to take that even though a larger vehicle than ordered….. asked about the child seat & she said take any one but she didn’t know how it fitted!extremely rude guy at Exit then hunted around for GPS and more or less threw it to us….this GPS only lasted less than an hour on charge!Whole experience was awful!!

  I had a trip to Miami and I booked my reservations through Expedia the Alamo when I flight arrived to Miami I took the train to the rental car center and I was greeted by Jose at the ticket counter very professional and he's very fast then I was proceeded down to get my rental car and there was a manager at the exit gate that scanned my document for me to exit and that was very quickly that manager I give kudos and I give kudos to Jose I forgot what the manager's name was but he was a dark skin Hispanic male working the afternoon shift Alamo was very professional about everything when I returned that gentleman that did my return was very professional asked me if I had any issues so Alamo is a five star very professional company very quick the car was clean it wasn't dirty and I had options of selection a vehicle to choose from at that time

  I rented a mini-van which we picked up at the Miami International Airport Rental Car Center. I was able to check-in via the Alamo app and skip the rental desk. When we arrived at the rental garage an attendant promptly greeted us, asked what type of vehicle we rented and guided us to our pick of the vans. The grandkids got to pick the color which they loved. The keys were in it, and it was ready to go. The van was clean and in perfect condition. We drove to the exit, were cleared quickly and were on our way. Drop off was simple. We drove into the Center, were guided to a drop spot, and unloaded leaving the keys in the car. In minutes I was emailed a receipt that matched exactly what I expected to be charged. I always prefer to rent with Alamo when given the option.

  We used the Miami International Airport Alamo rental car center. Excellent service. Timely, friendly, polite, and extremely helpful not to mention the better value for the price when compared to competitors. Of special note is that we experienced a low tire pressure dashboard light on day 3 of a 13 day excursion. As we were far from the rental outlet, I bought a tire gauge so I could locate which tire was causing the low tire pressure light. I filled all 4 tires equally with air so I knew the tires were evenly filled. 2 days later, the light came back on and I found one tire to have a slow leak. This gave us time to find a tire shop for a repair. I was also happy to find an actual temporary tire in the trunk if we needed it. On returning the car I mentioned that we had the nail in a tire requiring a flat repair, and they reimbursed me for the flat repair AND the tire guage I had purchased. I was not expecting anything so this was a very pleasant surprise. I will gladly use Alamo Rental Car again.
