  Please know this location does not have car seats even though online will let you book them. After you get there you will be told you have to drive to the airport to beg for car seats from another enterprise who hasn't been told to give you any. If you don't need car seats it's probably a good experience. If you do, go somewhere else for sure.

  The good: The customer service The bad: It was very unorganized. I had to wait over an hour and a half for my vehicle and I had a reservation. The review: After waiting I was presented with what looks like the smallest vehicle in the lot. I wish I would have gotten a say in the type of vehicle I recieved. I wouldnt come back to this location.

  Slow service and they don’t really care if you have an event. You are there on time but they never have the cars ready l.

  Always have a great experience renting from Miami Lakes Enterprise, from Que, who is an absolute professional with a heart of gold to Shanet Hernandez who is efficient and offers wonderful customer service. Everyone who works here is top-notch, professional, and always greets customers with a smile and hello. We visit Miami at least once a year, and I keep coming back here because the operation is so smooth, from the minute you walk in the front door until you pick up your spotless car. The staff is fast, courteous and so helpful. I'm always in and out in a jiffy! Their cars are always in great condition and I know they're so honest! Thank you and see you next time!

  I came and ask can you check me in because I was returning my vehicle. Wanda manager said who do I think I am do I think I'm more important than the people in line. I got in line and waited my turn. I mentioned to him that that was very embarrassing and unprofessional to speak to me in front of all the other customers, his reply was "give me the keys". I handed him the keys and he then called the police on me because I asked for a receipt.
