They have made charges on my account without my authorization a month after I rented the vehicle. They will leave you on hold for an hour and then hang up. Even when speaking to the district manager, they are as clueless as the employees at this location. I don’t understand how they charge customers and then not know what The charges are for in their own system. Very fraudulent. If you can go to any other location, Highly suggest you to do so. On top of the fact that all the vehicles they offer you either smell like cigarettes have roaches or are very dirty. I’ve been to this location more than once and both times I’ve had Extremely poor experiences. Overall, this location needs significant better training and monitoring.
