  Worst experience I've ever had with Enterprise. I booked my car for 3:00 pickup and I had 160 mi to drive to Key West from the Enterprise there and at 3:00 when I got there to pick up my car which was reserved for 3:00 I had a 3 and 1/2 hour drive by 4:00 when they let me finally get into the car I had a four and a half hour drive and then there was another accident so I have not even made it out of Miami and it is 5:45 and I still have 145 mi to go. Worst experience ever. If they had had my car ready I would have gotten out before rush hour traffic and been well past Hialeah and all those areas before the traffic started. So incredibly disappointed I will not rent from this Enterprise again.

  My experience at the Enterprise office on MW 57 Ave was great. Although the office was full and I had to wait I left completely satisfied because of the service by Chris and Nelly! Can’t say enough thank yous to them for how well they treated me.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise, and I especially want to recognize Amber Rethage for going above and beyond. She did me a huge favor by ensuring I had a car available so I could make it to a funeral on time. During an already difficult moment, her kindness, professionalism, and sense of urgency truly meant more than she knows. Amber was compassionate, helpful, and efficient, and she made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Because of her, I will absolutely continue using Enterprise and highly recommend this location to others.

  We reserved a van 2 months in advance for a family vacation and confirmed several times. The day of the trip we came and there was no van for us. Totally unreliable and irresponsible staff, I would give it zero stars if possible.

  This location has some of the poorest management I’ve seen in years. The staff is never consistent, and the wait times are ridiculous 30 to 40 minutes is unacceptable. This is not the customer’s fault; the location is clearly disorganized and understaffed. I had an incident where I asked an employee if the key should be placed in the drop box. The employee appeared overwhelmed and told me that if I put the key in the drop box, I would be charged for an extra day. I questioned why I would be charged an extra day when I was already there and present. I explained that I had already waited 45 minutes the previous day just to get a car and I was not willing to repeat that experience a second day. Being told I would be charged extra under those circumstances is completely unacceptable. But I contact customer service and let them know what was happening and they noted my account. Overall, this experience reflects poor organization, lack of communication, and management issues that need to be addressed.
