I went through it twice, and it came out exactly the same both times, still full of foam. When I spoke to the employee, instead of fixing the issue properly, he told me I couldn’t go through a third time because the manager had already left and suggested that I use towels and clean it myself. This is unacceptable for a paid service. I expected my car to be clean, not to finish the job on my own. Poor customer service and no accountability. I will not be coming back.
