  On February 27th I had my Oil Change at Jiffy Lube located at 19600 n.w.27th ave, Miami Gardens, Florida. I have been visiting this location for a number of years. I continuously return because the Service has always been excellent. I would recommend this location for your car service needs. Thanks to M.Phillip, B. Jonas and A.Raul For their courteous and expert work. On a scale of 1-5, I would rate them a 5.

  Beautiful people work here. This is what car service should be like. Andrez was awesome and super friendly. All these guys are very very friendly. The mechanic and the store manager. You can not put a price on friendly people. I would recommend anyone in the Miami Gardens area or travelers comibg to Miami Gardens area should get there.oil change hete or tires rotation. . Thank you for the fantastic experience. Stsy safe everyone...

  When my husband had his car in Miami, he received services at this JL location. Now having brought his car back to North AL and getting serviced at the JL here, I want to report on the stark differences in pricing and quality of services completed between the two locations. This location charges $275 PER brake rotor or pad, totaling $1100 to get both pads and both rotors replaced. The JL in Madison charges half of that for all four, and I believe the brake fluid is also included. Additionally, this location performed a couple of negligent services: a) installing new pads on old rotors when we were trying to divide the services up (which we later learned would cause new damage and another employee there confirmed that it was not compliant), and b) improperly installing the cabin air filter which resulted in damage and was just replaced today. I believe that this place is independently owned vs. part of a franchise, which I guess in this case means they get to price gouge for services that aren’t done well!

  I would like to commend Mr. Carlos for helping me, a bunch of money was spent to get my car back on track, but his decency and knowledge made me come back to get my car service. My first experience was bad, but he made up for it.

  Carlos, Andy and Reynaldo all assisted me and provided excellent customer service. Jiffy Lube corporate needs to take notes and replicate their formula in all their locations. There was no high pressure or predatory tactics at all when I got my car serviced. They even took time to explain the options clearly and didn't make me feel rushed or stupid for asking questions because I did not understand everything at first. Treat them with respect and they will take care of you and your car.
